Device for Raising the Manhole Frame and Method for Repairing the Manhole using the Same
Provided are a device for raising a manhole frame and a method for repairing a manhole using the same. The device comprises: a main body frame integrally combined and fixed to a manhole frame by a plurality of coupling members which are coupled so that an end thereof can be in contact with the inner surface of an opened upper end of the manhole frame; a raising part including a horizontal rod having a lower end bent from an upper end of a fixed vertical rod at constant intervals in a circumferential direction on the main body frame, including a screw shaft with a certain length, which is screwed to a screw hole of a screw block provided on the fore-end of the horizontal rod, and including a rotating handle for rotating the screw shaft in a forward direction or in a reverse direction so that a contact plate provided on a lower end of the screw shaft can be in contact with or separated from a road pavement surface to raise the manhole frame combined with the main body frame; and a balance part including a straight bar with a certain length having each end assembled to each of a plurality of holders, which are installed and fixed to the upper surface of the main body frame at constant intervals in a circumferential direction, to be able to reciprocate in a horizontal direction so as to check whether the upper end of the raised manhole frame corresponds to the road pavement surface. Therefore, the manhole frame is raised by a certain height by rotating the rotating handle in a forward direction with the contact plate being in contact with the road pavement surface. Moreover, whether the upper end of the raised manhole frame corresponds to the road pavement surface can be checked by a plurality of straight bars extending to the road pavement surface.
맨홀틀 인상장치 및 이를 이용한 맨홀보수방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 맨홀틀의 개구된 상단 내부면에 단부가 접해지도록 체결되는 복수개의 체결부재에 의해서 맨홀틀과 일체로 결합고정되는 본체프레임 ; 상기 본체프레임에 원주방향으로 일정간격을 두고 하단이 고정된 수직대의 상단으로부터 절곡되는 수평대를 갖추고, 상기 수평대의 선단에 구비되는 나사블럭의 나사공에 나사결합되는 일정길이의 스크류축을 갖추고, 상기 스크류축의 하단에 구비되는 접촉판을 도로 포장면과 접하거나 이격시키도록 상기 스크류축을 정방향 또는 역방향으로 회전시키는 회전손잡이를 갖추어 상기 본체프레임과 결합된 맨홀틀을 인상시키는 인상부 ; 및 상기 본체프레임의 상면에 원주방향으로 일정간격을 두고 고정설치된 복수개의 홀더마다 각 일단이 수평방향으로 왕복이동가능하게 조립되는 일정길이의 직선바를 갖추어 인상된 맨홀틀의 상단과 도로 포장면간의 일치여부를 확인하는 밸란스부 ; 를 포함하여, 상기 접촉판이 도로 포장면에 접해진 상태에서 상기 회전손잡이를 정방향으로 회전시켜 맨홀틀을 일정높이 인상시키고, 인상된 맨홀틀의 상단과 도로 포장면간의 일치여부를 상기 도로 포장면까지 연장된 복수개의 직선바에 의해서 확인할 수 있다.

Provided are a device for raising a manhole frame and a method for repairing a manhole using the same. Moreover, whether the upper end of the raised manhole frame corresponds to the road pavement surface can be checked by a plurality of straight bars extending to the road pavement surface.
