Deck Board Frame and Deck Board Frame System including the Deck Board Frame
The present invention relates to a deck board frame system, which comprises: a deck board frame main body provided to reinforce a deck board used as interior and exterior materials of a building, flooring materials, decks, trails, pavements and walking paths; and an additional fixing device provided to fix the deck board frame main body to a joist. The deck board frame main body is configured to surround the lower surface, both edge surfaces and upper corner portions of the deck board to prevent the deformation of the deck board and reduce physical damage thereof, thereby extending the service life of the deck board. The present invention further comprises an air passage and an air vent through which air may pass on the inner surface of the deck board frame, which is the inner surface of the frame coming in surface contact with the deck board. Therefore, provided is the deck board frame system, wherein rainwater absorbed in the deck board may be easily dried, thereby preventing damage caused by corrosion of the deck board and the deck board frame main body. In particular, the deck board frame main body according to the present invention comprises a fastening unit which is slidably coupled to the rail unit of the fixing device at the lower portion, such that the deck board frame main body may be easily constructed, and the damaged deck board frame main body may be easily replaced. Furthermore, the contact unit supported with the joist may be further provided at the deck board frame main body, such that the deck board frame main body may be stably mounted on the joist.
본 발명은 건축물 내·외장재, 바닥재, 데크, 등산로, 보도 및 산책로 등에 사용되는 데크보드를 보강하기 위한 데크보드 프레임 본체 및 상기 데크보드 프레임 본체를 장선에 고정시키기 위한 별도의 고정구를 포함하는 데크보드 프레임 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기 데크보드 프레임 본체는 데크보드의 저면과 양쪽 테두리면 및 상측의 모서리부를 감싸도록 구성되어 데크보드의 변형을 방지하고 물리적 손상을 줄여 데크보드의 수명을 연장할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 데크보드 프레임의 내측면, 즉 데크보드와 면접촉하는 프레임의 내면에 공기가 통과할 수 있는 통풍로 및 통풍구를 구비하여 데크보드로 흡수된 빗물이 쉽게 건조될 수 있도록 하여 데크보드와 데크보드 프레임 본체의 부식으로 인한 손상을 방지할 수 있는 데크보드 프레임 시스템을 제공한다. 그리고 본 발명에 따른 데크보드 프레임 본체는 하부에 고정구의 레일부에 슬라이딩 결합되는 결속부와를 구비함으로써 데크보드 프레임 본체의 시공이 용이하고 손상된 데크보드 프레임 본체를 손쉽게 교체할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 데크보드 프레임 본체에 장선에 지지되는 접속부를 더 구비함으로써 데크보드 프레임 본체가 장선에 안정적으로 안착될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a deck board frame system, which comprises: a deck board frame main body provided to reinforce a deck board used as interior and exterior materials of a building, flooring materials, decks, trails, pavements and walking paths; and an additional fixing device provided to fix the deck board frame main body to a joist. The deck board frame main body is configured to surround the lower surface, both edge surfaces and upper corner portions of the deck board to prevent the deformation of the deck board and reduce physical damage thereof, thereby extending the service life of the deck board. The present invention further comprises an air passage and an air vent through which air may pass on the inner surface of the deck board frame, which is the inner surface of the frame coming in surface contact with the deck board. Therefore, provided is the deck board frame system, wherein rainwater absorbed in the deck board may be easily dried, thereby preventing damage caused by corrosion of the deck board and the deck board frame main body. In particular, the deck board frame main body according to the present invention comprises a fastening unit which is slidably coupled to the rail unit of the fixing device at the lower portion, such that the deck board frame main body may be easily constructed, and the damaged deck board frame main body may be easily replaced. Furthermore, the contact unit supported with the joist may be further provided at the deck board frame main body, such that the deck board frame main body may be stably mounted on the joist.
본 발명은 건축물 내·외장재, 바닥재, 데크, 등산로, 보도 및 산책로 등에 사용되는 데크보드를 보강하기 위한 데크보드 프레임 본체 및 상기 데크보드 프레임 본체를 장선에 고정시키기 위한 별도의 고정구를 포함하는 데크보드 프레임 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기 데크보드 프레임 본체는 데크보드의 저면과 양쪽 테두리면 및 상측의 모서리부를 감싸도록 구성되어 데크보드의 변형을 방지하고 물리적 손상을 줄여 데크보드의 수명을 연장할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 데크보드 프레임의 내측면, 즉 데크보드와 면접촉하는 프레임의 내면에 공기가 통과할 수 있는 통풍로 및 통풍구를 구비하여 데크보드로 흡수된 빗물이 쉽게 건조될 수 있도록 하여 데크보드와 데크보드 프레임 본체의 부식으로 인한 손상을 방지할 수 있는 데크보드 프레임 시스템을 제공한다. 그리고 본 발명에 따른 데크보드 프레임 본체는 하부에 고정구의 레일부에 슬라이딩 결합되는 결속부와를 구비함으로써 데크보드 프레임 본체의 시공이 용이하고 손상된 데크보드 프레임 본체를 손쉽게 교체할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 데크보드 프레임 본체에 장선에 지지되는 접속부를 더 구비함으로써 데크보드 프레임 본체가 장선에 안정적으로 안착될 수 있다.
