Non-drain sheet type bridge expansion joint
The present invention relates to an expansion joint without a drain sheet, which can effectively improve a drain structure between deck slabs of a bridge. The expansion joint without a drain sheet comprises: first and second finger arms (10, 10') meshing with each other by a finger groove (11) to expand and join deck slabs (1) of a bridge to each other; a drain plate (20) separated and arranged on the lower surface of the first finger arm (10) to form a drain flow path (21), and provided with an upward diaphragm (22) protruding upwards from one end thereof and a gap block (23) on another end thereof to support the first finger arm (10); a waterproof plate (30) installed to finish the lower surface of the second finger arm (10'), and provided with a downward diaphragm (32) protruding downwards from one end thereof to divide the drain flow path (21) into inner and outer drain areas (21a, 21b); and airtight packing (40) installed on the downward diaphragm (32), wherein the upper and lower ends thereof are provided to stick to the upper surface of the drain plate (20) and the lower surface of the first finger arm (10). When the expansion joint without a drain sheet is used, the structure is improved to eliminate a drain sheet by integrally forming a drain flow path in a lower portion of a finger arm to improve on-site constructability. Specifically, the drain flow path can be automatically and easily cleaned by applying an air cleaning method using compressed air to facilitate maintenance and repair.
본 발명은 교량의 상판 슬래브 사이에 배수구조를 효과적으로 개선할 수 있는 무배수시트 타입 신축이음장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 핑거홈(11)에 의해 서로 맞물려 교량의 상판 슬래브(1) 사이를 신축이음하도록 구비되는 제 1, 2핑거암(10)(10'); 상기 제 1핑거암(10) 저면에 이격 배치되어 배수유로(21)를 형성하고, 일단에 상향격판(22)이 상향 돌출되며, 다른 일단에 제 1핑거암(10)을 받침 지지하도록 간극블록(23)이 구비되는 배수플레이트(20); 상기 제 2핑거암(10') 저면을 마감하도록 설치되고, 일단에 하향격판(32)이 하향 돌출되어 배수유로(21)를 내, 외측 배수영역(21a)(21b)으로 분할하도록 구비되는 차수플레이트(30); 및 상기 하향격판(32)에 설치되고, 상, 하단부가 배수플레이트(20) 상면과 제 1핑거암(10) 저면에 밀착되도록 구비되는 기밀패킹(40);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 무배수시트 타입 신축이음장치를 이용하면, 핑거암 하부에 배수유로를 일체로 형성하여 배수시트를 생략할 수 있도록 구조 개선되어 현장 시공성이 향상되고, 특히, 압축공기를 이용한 에어 세척방식을 적용하여 배수유로를 손쉽게 자동 세척할 수 있어 유지보수가 용이한 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to an expansion joint without a drain sheet, which can effectively improve a drain structure between deck slabs of a bridge.
