Non-point pollutants removal facility using floating compression filtration
The present invention relates to a non-point pollution reduction facility using floating compression filtration, which comprises: a preprocessing tank (100) which has a rainwater inlet (111) formed in an upper portion of one side wall (110) to introduce rainwater thereinto and a rainwater outlet (121) formed in a lower portion of the other side wall (120) to discharge the rainwater; and a filtration tank (200) which is arranged adjacent to the preprocessing tank (100) to filter the rainwater supplied through the rainwater outlet (121), and has a filtered water outlet (250) formed on an upper portion thereof, wherein the filtered water (B) is discharged therethrough. The filtration tank (200) comprises: a plurality of filter media (210) which are formed of fibrous soft material in a spherical shape, float on the water surface by buoyancy thereof, and filter pollutants from the rainwater which flows inside; an upper filter media support plate (220) which is fixedly positioned on the upper portion of the filtration tank (200), blocks the additional rise of the plurality of filter media (210) when the water level of the rainwater rises, compresses the filter media (210) inside, and has a filtered water movement hole (221a) which moves the filtered water on the surface upward; and a lower filter media support plate (240) which is fixedly positioned on the lower portion of the filtration tank (200) and prevents the filter media (210) from moving to the preprocessing tank (100) when the water level drops. The present invention can improve the efficiency of removing pollutants from the surface of the filter media and the backwashing efficiency.
본 발명은 부유식 압착여과를 이용한 비점오염저감시설에 관한 것으로서, 일측벽(110) 상부에 우수가 유입되는 우수유입구(111)가 형성되며 타측벽(120) 하부에 우수가 배출되는 우수배출구(121)가 형성된 전처리조(100)와; 상기 전처리조(100)와 이웃하게 배치되며 상기 우수배출구(121)를 통해 공급받은 우수를 여과하고, 상부에 여과된 여과수(B)가 배출되는 여과수유출구(250)가 형성된 여과조(200)를 포함하며, 상기 여과조(200)는, 섬유상 연질재료로 구형태로 형성되며, 자체 부력에 의해 수면에 부유되며 내부로 유입된 우수의 오염물질을 여과하는 복수개의 여재(210)와; 상기 여과조(200)의 상부에 고정배치되며 우수의 수위가 상승될 때 상기 복수개의 여재(210)의 추가 상승을 차단하여 상기 여재(210)가 내부에서 압밀되게 하며 표면에 여과수를 상부로 이동시키는 여과수이동공(221a)이 형성된 상부여재지지판(220)과; 상기 여과조(200)의 하부에 고정배치되어 수위가 낮아질 때 여재(210)가 상기 전처리조(100)로 이동되는 것을 저지하는 하부여재지지판(240)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a non-point pollution reduction facility using floating compression filtration, which comprises: a preprocessing tank (100) which has a rainwater inlet (111) formed in an upper portion of one side wall (110) to introduce rainwater thereinto and a rainwater outlet (121) formed in a lower portion of the other side wall (120) to discharge the rainwater; and a filtration tank (200) which is arranged adjacent to the preprocessing tank (100) to filter the rainwater supplied through the rainwater outlet (121), and has a filtered water outlet (250) formed on an upper portion thereof, wherein the filtered water (B) is discharged therethrough. The filtration tank (200) comprises: a plurality of filter media (210) which are formed of fibrous soft material in a spherical shape, float on the water surface by buoyancy thereof, and filter pollutants from the rainwater which flows inside; an upper filter media support plate (220) which is fixedly positioned on the upper portion of the filtration tank (200), blocks the additional rise of the plurality of filter media (210) when the water level of the rainwater rises, compresses the filter media (210) inside, and has a filtered water movement hole (221a) which moves the filtered water on the surface upward; and a lower filter media support plate (240) which is fixedly positioned on the lower portion of the filtration tank (200) and prevents the filter media (210) from moving to the preprocessing tank (100) when the water level drops. The present invention can improve the efficiency of removing pollutants from the surface of the filter media and the backwashing efficiency.
