An earthquake resistant panel for a building of the present invention includes a panel formed of an upper plate (11), a side plate (12), and a lower plate (13); connection parts (20) formed on both sides of each side of the side plate (12); a bracket part (30) installed on a wall; and a fixing means (40) for fixing the connection parts (20) and the bracket part (30).
