Provided is a non-point pollution source reducing apparatus, which can facilitate the flow of sludge. The non-point pollution source reducing apparatus includes: a pre-processing tank which includes a pre-processing chamber, an inlet receiving initial rainwater to be able to be supplied to the pre-processing chamber, and a screen installed in the pre-processing chamber to filter out foreign substances in the initial rainwater and pre-processes the rainwater in the pre-processing chamber; a filtering tank which is provided with a filtering chamber connected to the pre-processing tank, and enables removal of fine solids and suspended solids that have not been removed through the pre-processing performed in the pre-processing tank; a processing water tank which collects and discharges the processed water during filtering and sends the processed water to the filtering tank to enable water washing during back washing; and a screen cleaning member which is installed in the pre-processing chamber, and of which at least a part relatively moves for the screen to clean the screen.
