The present invention relates to a processing method for stone surface corrosion to express the feeling of a natural stone on a raw stone. The processing method for stone surface corrosion, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: processing an external shape of a raw stone (10) to form the raw stone (10) into a desired shape (S1); heating the surface of the raw stone (10) with a flame and frying and crushing the raw stone (10) (S2); applying an aqueous iron chloride solution to the surface of the raw stone (10) (S3); corroding the aqueous iron chloride solution on the surface of the raw stone (10) (S4); cleaning the surface of the raw stone (10) (S5); and heating and drying the surface of the raw stone (10) with hot air (S6). According to the present invention, a raw stone can be expressed like a natural stone.
본 발명은 원석 상에 자연석 느낌을 표현하기 위한 석재 표면부식 가공방법에 관한 것으로 원석을 작업자가 원하는 형태로 가공형성한 후 그 가공된 표면을 산소-아세틸렌 용접기 불꽃으로 튀기면서 파쇄시킨 다음 염화철 수용액을 도포하여 원석의 표면 상에서 부식시킴으로써 원석이 자연석처럼 표현될 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 피가공물인 원석(10)의 외형을 공구 또는 기계로 가공하여 작업자가 원하는 형태로 형성시키는 단계(S1); 상기 가공된 원석(10)의 표면을 산소-아세틸렌 용접기에서 발생되는 불꽃으로 가열하여 원석(10)의 표면을 튀기면서 파쇄시키는 단계(S2); 상기 파쇄된 원석(10)의 표면이 62∼75℃의 열기가 유지된 상태에서 붓으로 염화철 수용액을 도포하는 단계(S3); 상기 염화철 수용액이 도포된 원석(10)의 표면을 24∼28시간 동안 상온에서 자연 건조하면서 염화철 수용액을 원석(10)의 표면 상에서 부식시키는 단계(S4); 상기 건조된 원석(10)의 표면에 물을 부어 적시면서 와이어브러시로 문지르면서 표면을 정리하는 단계(S5); 상기 표면정리된 원석(10)의 표면을 41∼45℃의 열풍으로 10∼15분 동안 가열건조하는 단계(S6);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 S2단계에서, 상기 원석(10)의 표면 일부분을 튀기면서 파쇄된 자연석가공부(15)와, 상기 자연석가공부(15)가 형성된 원석(10)의 표면 일부를 제외한 나머지 부분을 최초 원석(10)의 표면을 그대로 유지하는 원석유지부(11)를 구획 형성한 다음, 상기 원석유지부(11)에 조형물(20)을 가공함으로써 상기 조형물(20)이 자연석 상에 조화롭게 배치되는 느낌을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 한다.
