PILE DRIVER WITH UNMANNED AUTOMATIC PENETRATION DEPTH MEASURING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a pile driver with an unmanned automatic penetration depth measuring device, the pile driver comprising: a leader which is installed in a longitudinal direction in an up-and-down direction to be perpendicular to the ground surface; and an auxiliary leader which is provided at one side of the leader, and allows a pile driving unit, striking the upper portion of a pile penetrating the ground, to reciprocate in an up-and-down direction. The pile driver further comprises: a pile cap which is provided to be detachably attached to the lower end of the pile driving unit, and coupled to the upper end of the pile during the pile driving work; a fixing unit which allows the pile cap to be coupled in a detachable manner to the pile driving unit and the pile; and a control management unit which is provided at one side of the pile driver to be linked with the pile cap. The pile cap comprises: a main body into which the upper end of the pile is inserted to be fit-coupled thereto; a first sensor unit which is provided at one side of the main body, measures the penetration depth of the pile to which the pile cap is coupled, and transmits measured information to the control management unit; and a second sensor unit which is provided at one side of the main body, measures the falling height of the pile driving unit, and transmits the measured information to the control management unit. Therefore, the penetration depth by which the pile penetrates the ground may be automatically measured. Consequently, an objective measurement value can be acquired.
본 발명에 따른 무인 자동 관입량 측정장치를 갖는 항타기는, 지면과 수직을 이루도록 상하 길이 방향으로 설치되는 리더와, 상기 리더의 일측에 구비되며, 지중으로 관입되는 파일의 상부를 타격하는 항타부가 상하 왕복 이동이 가능하도록 하는 보조리더를 갖는 항타기에 있어서, 상기 항타부의 하단에 탈착 가능하도록 구비되며, 항타 작업 간에 상기 파일의 상단에 결합되는 파일캡과, 상기 파일캡이 상기 항타부 및 파일에 탈착 가능하도록 결합되도록 하는 고정부 및 상기 항타기의 일측에 구비되어 상기 파일캡과 연계 가능한 제어관리부를 포함하고, 상기 파일캡은 상기 파일의 상단이 내부로 삽입되어 끼움 결합되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 일측에 구비되며, 상기 파일캡이 결합된 상기 파일의 관입량을 측정하고, 상기 제어관리부로 측정된 정보를 전송하는 제1센서부 및 상기 본체의 일측에 구비되며, 상기 항타부의 낙하고를 측정하고, 상기 제어관리부로 측정된 정보를 전송하는 제2센서부를 포함하여, 상기 파일이 지중으로 관입되는 관입량을 자동으로 측정 가능하도록 한다.

The present invention relates to a pile driver with an unmanned automatic penetration depth measuring device, the pile driver comprising: a leader which is installed in a longitudinal direction in an up-and-down direction to be perpendicular to the ground surface; and an auxiliary leader which is provided at one side of the leader, and allows a pile driving unit, striking the upper portion of a pile penetrating the ground, to reciprocate in an up-and-down direction. The pile driver further comprises: a pile cap which is provided to be detachably attached to the lower end of the pile driving unit, and coupled to the upper end of the pile during the pile driving work; a fixing unit which allows the pile cap to be coupled in a detachable manner to the pile driving unit and the pile; and a control management unit which is provided at one side of the pile driver to be linked with the pile cap. The pile cap comprises: a main body into which the upper end of the pile is inserted to be fit-coupled thereto; a first sensor unit which is provided at one side of the main body, measures the penetration depth of the pile to which the pile cap is coupled, and transmits measured information to the control management unit; and a second sensor unit which is provided at one side of the main body, measures the falling height of the pile driving unit, and transmits the measured information to the control management unit. Therefore, the penetration depth by which the pile penetrates the ground may be automatically measured. Consequently, an objective measurement value can be acquired.
본 발명에 따른 무인 자동 관입량 측정장치를 갖는 항타기는, 지면과 수직을 이루도록 상하 길이 방향으로 설치되는 리더와, 상기 리더의 일측에 구비되며, 지중으로 관입되는 파일의 상부를 타격하는 항타부가 상하 왕복 이동이 가능하도록 하는 보조리더를 갖는 항타기에 있어서, 상기 항타부의 하단에 탈착 가능하도록 구비되며, 항타 작업 간에 상기 파일의 상단에 결합되는 파일캡과, 상기 파일캡이 상기 항타부 및 파일에 탈착 가능하도록 결합되도록 하는 고정부 및 상기 항타기의 일측에 구비되어 상기 파일캡과 연계 가능한 제어관리부를 포함하고, 상기 파일캡은 상기 파일의 상단이 내부로 삽입되어 끼움 결합되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 일측에 구비되며, 상기 파일캡이 결합된 상기 파일의 관입량을 측정하고, 상기 제어관리부로 측정된 정보를 전송하는 제1센서부 및 상기 본체의 일측에 구비되며, 상기 항타부의 낙하고를 측정하고, 상기 제어관리부로 측정된 정보를 전송하는 제2센서부를 포함하여, 상기 파일이 지중으로 관입되는 관입량을 자동으로 측정 가능하도록 한다.
