The present invention relates to a composite wall of a soil retaining wall and a concrete wall and a construction method thereof, wherein, at the front surface of a soldier pile of a soil retaining wall, an anchor bearing plate, and a stud bolt with a bearing unit of an expanded cross section are installed to protrude before being buried in a concrete wall. Therefore, force may be securely delivered between the concrete wall and the soil retaining wall by means of the anchor bearing plate and the bearing unit, to provide excellent back earth pressure supporting performance and to provide excellent structural stability. In addition, a multi-functional horizontal burying beam, which provides various functions such as a reinforcing function, a main reinforcing bar fixing function and the like when required, is installed at a soldier pile before being buried in the concrete wall, such that the plurality of soldier piles may be integrated and the concrete wall body may be reinforced in the width direction. The precise installation work of the main reinforcing bar and a uniform covering thickness guaranteeing work may be performed in an efficient and precise manner. In addition, a waterproof structure is formed at the portion of the soldier pile penetrated by an anchor when necessary, so as to effectively prevent underground water from the back earth from being introduced into an anchor sleeve to cause the anchor to be corroded, or the underground water from leaking to the front surface of the soil retaining wall.
본 발명은 흙막이 벽체의 엄지말뚝 전면에 앵커 지압판과, 확대된 단면의 지압부가 형성된 스터드 볼트를 돌출 설치하고 이를 콘크리트 벽체에 매립함으로써 앵커 지압판과 지압부를 통해서 콘크리트 벽체와 흙막이 벽체 간의 확실한 힘 전달이 이루어져서 우수한 배면토압 지지성능을 발휘함과 동시에 우수한 구조적 안정성을 발휘할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서는 보강기능, 주철근 고정 기능 등 다양한 기능을 발휘하는 다기능 수평매립 빔을 엄지말뚝에 설치하고 이를 콘크리트 벽체에 매립함으로써 복수개의 엄지말뚝 간의 일체화 및 콘크리트 벽체의 폭방향 보강을 도모하고, 주철근의 정밀한 설치 작업 및 일정한 피복두께 확보 작업이 효율적이고 정밀하게 이루어질 수 있게 하며, 더 나아가 필요에 따라서는 엄지말뚝에서 앵커가 관통하는 부분에 방수(防水) 구조를 형성함으로써, 배면토사로부터의 지하수가 앵커 슬리브로 유입되어 앵커가 부식되거나 또는 지하수가 흙막이 벽체의 전면으로 유출되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 되는 "흙막이 벽체와 콘크리트 벽체의 합성벽체 및 그 시공방법"에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a composite wall of a soil retaining wall and a concrete wall and a construction method thereof, wherein, at the front surface of a soldier pile of a soil retaining wall, an anchor bearing plate, and a stud bolt with a bearing unit of an expanded cross section are installed to protrude before being buried in a concrete wall. Therefore, force may be securely delivered between the concrete wall and the soil retaining wall by means of the anchor bearing plate and the bearing unit, to provide excellent back earth pressure supporting performance and to provide excellent structural stability. In addition, a multi-functional horizontal burying beam, which provides various functions such as a reinforcing function, a main reinforcing bar fixing function and the like when required, is installed at a soldier pile before being buried in the concrete wall, such that the plurality of soldier piles may be integrated and the concrete wall body may be reinforced in the width direction. The precise installation work of the main reinforcing bar and a uniform covering thickness guaranteeing work may be performed in an efficient and precise manner. In addition, a waterproof structure is formed at the portion of the soldier pile penetrated by an anchor when necessary, so as to effectively prevent underground water from the back earth from being introduced into an anchor sleeve to cause the anchor to be corroded, or the underground water from leaking to the front surface of the soil retaining wall.
본 발명은 흙막이 벽체의 엄지말뚝 전면에 앵커 지압판과, 확대된 단면의 지압부가 형성된 스터드 볼트를 돌출 설치하고 이를 콘크리트 벽체에 매립함으로써 앵커 지압판과 지압부를 통해서 콘크리트 벽체와 흙막이 벽체 간의 확실한 힘 전달이 이루어져서 우수한 배면토압 지지성능을 발휘함과 동시에 우수한 구조적 안정성을 발휘할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라서는 보강기능, 주철근 고정 기능 등 다양한 기능을 발휘하는 다기능 수평매립 빔을 엄지말뚝에 설치하고 이를 콘크리트 벽체에 매립함으로써 복수개의 엄지말뚝 간의 일체화 및 콘크리트 벽체의 폭방향 보강을 도모하고, 주철근의 정밀한 설치 작업 및 일정한 피복두께 확보 작업이 효율적이고 정밀하게 이루어질 수 있게 하며, 더 나아가 필요에 따라서는 엄지말뚝에서 앵커가 관통하는 부분에 방수(防水) 구조를 형성함으로써, 배면토사로부터의 지하수가 앵커 슬리브로 유입되어 앵커가 부식되거나 또는 지하수가 흙막이 벽체의 전면으로 유출되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 되는 "흙막이 벽체와 콘크리트 벽체의 합성벽체 및 그 시공방법"에 관한 것이다.
