The present invention relates to a fire safety evacuation system of an apartment house in case of a fire. More specifically, according to the present invention, an evacuation facility is provided for a resident to safely evacuate in case of the fire. In addition, even though an elevator is burned down and cannot be used in case of the fire, a human life accident which occurs while trying to use the same is prevented in advance. Therefore, the resident can be reliably protected from the fire. The fire safety evacuation system of the apartment house in case of the fire of the present invention comprises: a fire alarm detector (100); an alarm (110); a heat sensor (120); a smoke sensor (130); an alarm controller (CTR); a sound detector (140); a detection alarm (700); a management server (300); a rooftop door electronic lock (200); and a shelter electronic lock (400).
본 발명은 화재발생시 공동주택의 소방 안전 대피시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 화재발생시 입주민이 안전하게 피난할 수 있는 대피시설을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 특히 화재 발생시 엘리베이터가 전소되어 이용할 수 없음에도 불구하고 이를 이용하려다가 발생되는 인명사고를 미연에 방지하여 화재로부터 입주민을 확실하게 보호할 수 있도록 개선된 화재발생시 공동주택의 소방 안전 대피시스템에 관한 것이다.
