본 발명은 강재 멀티 슬릿 댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 특히 중앙패널부의 양쪽면에 각각 밀착 설치되는 좌측패널부와 우측패널부 모두에 삽입홈과 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되는 돌출판을 구비함과 아울러 상기 돌출판을 밀착 지지하는 보강부를 구비함으로써, 지진 발생시 돌출판이 쉽게 변형되는 것을 방지하여 댐퍼의 성능 저하를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
