The present invention relates to an inter-floor sound insulation material for a building with improved functions, wherein floor impact sound can be insulated. For the purpose, the present invention relates to an inter-floor sound insulation material (100) for a building with improved functions, comprising: a lower impact prevention member (110) for insulating impact sound while protecting an impact attenuation member (120) not to be in contact with water and not to contain water; the impact attenuation member (120) having a rapid impact absorption and discharge function and strong durability; an upper impact prevention member (130) having an inner shock-absorbing member (150) inserted into a plurality of impact prevention member holes (131) formed at constant intervals; an outer shock-absorbing member (140) having the inner shock-absorbing member (150) inserted into a plurality of shock-absorbing member holes (141) formed at constant intervals on the same line with the impact prevention member holes (131); and a finishing member (160) having excellent heat resistance and enabling a finishing layer to be finished on an upper end. The present invention configured as described above is installed on top of an inter-floor slab of a multistory building such as an apartment house to absorb shocks by insulating and absorbing noise, impact, etc. so that noise, impact, etc. generated from an upper floor cannot be transmitted to a lower floor, thereby greatly improving the quality and reliability of an inter-floor sound-insulating and sound-absorbing material for a building.
본 발명은 바닥충격음을 차단하도록 한 기능이 향상된 건축용 층간 차음재에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 이를 위해 기능이 향상된 건축용 층간 차음재(100)에 관한 것으로, 충격감쇄부재(120)가 물이 접촉 함유되지 않도록 보호해주면서 충격 소음을 차단시키는 하부충격방지부재(110); 빠른 충격흡수와 배출기능 및 내구성이 강한 충격감쇄부재(120); 일정 간격으로 복수개가 형성된 충격방지부재구멍(131)에 내부완충부재(150)가 끼워져 구비된 상부충격방지부재(130); 충격방지부재구멍(131)과 같은 선상에 일정 간격으로 복수개가 형성된 완충부재구멍(141)에 내부완충부재(150)가 끼워져 구비된 외부완충부재(140); 및 내열성이 우수하고 상단에 마감층이 마무리될 수 있도록 해주는 마감부재(160);가 포함된다.상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 아파트 등과 같이 다층 건물의 층간 슬래브의 상부에 설치하여 상층에서 발생된 소음 및 충격 등이 하층으로 전달되지 않도록 소음 및 충격 등을 차단, 흡수하여 완충시키도록 한 것이고, 이로 인해 건축용 층간 차음 및 흡음재의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
