본 발명은 도로변에 설치되는 가드레일 외측방향에서 유입되는 잡초 및 우수의 유입으로 인한 안전사고 등을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 잡초 및 우수 유입을 방지할 수 있는 가드레일과 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명인 잡초 및 우수 유입을 방지할 수 있는 가드레일은, 소정의 간격으로 설치되는 가드레일용 지주대와, 상기 지주대에 설치되는 가드레일판을 구비하는 가드레일에 있어서, 상기 지주대의 후측으로 상부가 힌지결합되어 힌지축을 중심으로 회전가능하되, 도로 외측방향인 일방향으로만 회전가능하도록 하고, 하부는 지면부분에 접촉하도록 하여 잡초 및 우수의 유입을 방지하는 유입방지용 회전판을 구비한다.
