The present invention relates to a public facilities smart control system using photovoltaic power generation, implemented to drive various types of facilities provided in public facilities such as rest areas using an electricity generated using the photovoltaic power generation. The public facilities smart control system using the photovoltaic power generation of the present invention comprises: a rest booth which provides a space for a pedestrians to rest; and a photovoltaic power generation module installed in the rest booth and producing the electricity using a sunlight.
