METHOD AND APPARATUS OF MANUFACTURING NONWOVEN FABRIC PANEL
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method and manufacturing device for manufacturing a non-woven fabric panel by laminating a plurality of non-woven fabric sheets. The manufacturing method comprises: (a) a transfer step of transporting a plurality of non-woven fabric sheets by spacing the same apart from each other at a predetermined distance in the vertical direction; (b) an electrostatic treatment step of applying static electricity to the plurality of non-woven fabric sheets being transferred; (c) a non-woven panel forming step of forming a non-woven panel by overlapping the plurality of non-woven sheets to which static electricity is applied; (d) a preheating step of preheating the non-woven panel; (e) an impregnation step of impregnating the preheated non-woven panel with a binder resin; (f) a pressing step of pressing the non-woven panel impregnated with binder resin at a high temperature; (g) a drying step of drying the high-temperature pressed non-woven panel; (h) a cooling step of cooling the dried non-woven panel; and (i) a cutting step of cutting the cooled non-woven panel to a predetermined size. The present invention is to provide a method and device for manufacturing a non-woven panel that has excellent strength, durability, and water resistance and can be used as a building material.
본 발명은 복수 개의 부직포 시트를 적층하여 부직포 패널을 제조하는 제조방법 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것으로, (a) 복수 개의 부직포 시트를 상하 방향으로 소정 간격 상호 이격하여 이송하는 이송단계; (b) 이송되는 상기 복수 개의 부직포 시트에 정전기를 인가하는 정전처리단계; (c) 정전기가 인가된 상기 복수 개의 부직포 시트를 겹쳐서 부직포 패널을 형성하는 부직포 패널 형성단계; (d) 상기 부직포 패널을 예열하는 예열단계; (e) 예열된 부직포 패널에 바인더 수지를 함침시키는 함침단계; (f) 바인더 수지가 함침된 부직포 패널을 고온 압착하는 압착단계; (g) 고온 압착된 부직포 패널을 건조시키는 건조단계; (h) 건조된 부직포 패널을 냉각시키는 냉각단계; 및 (i) 냉각된 부직포 패널을 소정 규격으로 절단하는 재단단계를 포함하는 부직포 패널 제조방법과 그 제조장치를 제공한다.
