COMPOSITE WATERPROOFING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SOFT POLYURETHANE CONTAINING FIBERS
The present invention relates to a composite waterproofing construction method using soft polyurethane containing fibers. The composite waterproofing construction method using soft polyurethane containing fibers according to the present invention comprises: a base layer cleaning step (S100) of cleaning up foreign substances attached to a base layer; a primer layer forming step (S200) of applying a primer composition to the base layer and drying the base layer to form a primer layer; a soft polyurethane waterproofing layer forming step (S300) of applying soft polyurethane containing fibers on the primer layer and drying the primer layer to form a soft polyurethane waterproofing layer; a polyester nonwoven fabric sheet construction step (S400) of overlapping a polyester nonwoven fabric sheet on the soft polyurethane waterproofing layer; and a sheet joint finishing step (S500) of finishing the overlap joint of the overlapped polyester nonwoven fabric sheets. According to the above-mentioned structure, the present invention constitutes a coating film waterproofing material including soft polyurethane containing fibers to be easy to respond to crack resistance and structural mobility, have excellent waterproofing and watertightness, block moisture penetrating from the floor, prevent lifting or damage to a coating film, and be easy to maintain and manage a waterproofing layer.
본 발명은 섬유가 함유된 연질형 폴리우레탄을 이용한 복합방수 시공공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 섬유가 함유된 연질형 폴리우레탄을 이용한 복합방수 시공공법은 기층에 부착된 이물질을 정리하는 기층 정리 단계(S100); 상기 기층에 프라이머 조성물을 도포한 후 건조하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머층 형성 단계(S200); 상기 프라이머층 상에 섬유가 함유된 연질 폴리우레탄을 도포한 후 건조하여 연질형 폴리우레탄 방수층을 형성하는 연질형 폴리우레탄 방수층 형성 단계(S300); 상기 연질형 폴리우레탄 방수층 상에 폴리에스터 부직포 시트를 겹침 시공하는 폴리에스터 부직포 시트 시공 단계(S400); 및 상기 겹침 시공된 폴리에스터 부직포 시트의 겹침 조인트를 마감 처리하는 시트 조인트 마감 처리 단계(S500)를 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 섬유가 함유된 연질형 폴리우레탄을 포함하여 도막 방수재를 구성함으로써 크랙에 대한 저항성과 구조물의 거동성에 대한 대응이 용이하고 방수 수밀성이 우수하며 바닥면으로부터 침투하는 습기를 차단하여 도막의 들뜸이나 손상을 방지하고 방수층의 유지 및 관리가 용이하다.

The present invention relates to a composite waterproofing construction method using soft polyurethane containing fibers.
