VARIABLE FORM MOLD FOR THE APARTMENT HOUSE EXHAUST PIPE CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a variable formwork for constructing an apartment house exhaust pipe. To this end, the variable formwork for constructing an apartment house exhaust pipe has a plurality of sheathing boards, which are coupled to have a square shape at an upper part of a slab of the uppermost layer of an apartment house to be provided with an exhaust pipe construction space therein. The sheathing boards are formed with an outer reinforcement liner on an outer edge of a flat panel. An inner reinforcement liner is formed inside the outer reinforcement liner. A butt joint surface unit, formed with a female screw at a certain interval in a vertical direction, is provided at one side of the outer reinforcement liner of the flat panel, and a variable fastening unit, in which a location of a piece is selected and a width of a space is variable, is provided at the other side thereof. In the variable fastening unit, a hole line formed with through-holes at a certain interval in a vertical direction is formed in at least three rows toward one side of the flat panel from the other end of the flat thereof. Therefore, the present invention can easily and repeatedly construct a concrete structure that can stably support an exhaust pipe provided at the uppermost layer of an apartment house, and easily take measures even when a size of the structure changes.
이 발명은 공동주택 배기구 시공용 가변형 거푸집에 관한 것이다.이를 위하여, 이 발명은 공동주택의 최상단층 슬라브 상부에 다수의 거푸집널이 사각형태를 갖도록 결합되어 내부로 배기구 시공 공간부가 마련되는 공동주택 배기구 시공용 가변형 거푸집에 있어서, 상기 거푸집널은 평판패널의 외측 가장자리에 아우터 보강 라이너가 형성되고, 상기 아우터 보강 라이너의 내부에 인너 보강 라이너가 형성되되, 상기 평판패널의 일측 아우터 보강 라이너에는 수직으로 일정 간격마다 암나사부가 형성된 맞대기면부가 구비되고, 타측에는 피스의 위치가 선택되어 공간부의 폭이 가변되도록 가변 체결부가 구비되되, 상기 가변 체결부는 수직으로 일정 간격마다 관통홀이 형성된 홀 라인이 평판패널의 타측 단부로부터 일측을 향하여 적어도 3열 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서, 이 발명은 공동주택의 최상단층에 구비되는 배기구가 안정되게 지지되도록 하는 콘크리트 구조체를 용이하게 반복 시공할 수 있도록 하는 가운데 구조체의 크기가 변화될 경우라도 용이하게 대처할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a variable formwork for constructing an apartment house exhaust pipe. 이 발명은 공동주택 배기구 시공용 가변형 거푸집에 관한 것이다.이를 위하여, 이 발명은 공동주택의 최상단층 슬라브 상부에 다수의 거푸집널이 사각형태를 갖도록 결합되어 내부로 배기구 시공 공간부가 마련되는 공동주택 배기구 시공용 가변형 거푸집에 있어서, 상기 거푸집널은 평판패널의 외측 가장자리에 아우터 보강 라이너가 형성되고, 상기 아우터 보강 라이너의 내부에 인너 보강 라이너가 형성되되, 상기 평판패널의 일측 아우터 보강 라이너에는 수직으로 일정 간격마다 암나사부가 형성된 맞대기면부가 구비되고, 타측에는 피스의 위치가 선택되어 공간부의 폭이 가변되도록 가변 체결부가 구비되되, 상기 가변 체결부는 수직으로 일정 간격마다 관통홀이 형성된 홀 라인이 평판패널의 타측 단부로부터 일측을 향하여 적어도 3열 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서, 이 발명은 공동주택의 최상단층에 구비되는 배기구가 안정되게 지지되도록 하는 콘크리트 구조체를 용이하게 반복 시공할 수 있도록 하는 가운데 구조체의 크기가 변화될 경우라도 용이하게 대처할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
