GUARD FENCE USING WASTE BANNERS
The present disclosure relates to a guard fence using waste banners, wherein waste banners can be installed between a first frame member and a second frame member to be used as a guard fence, thereby reducing environmental pollution, wherein entry can be controlled, a correct route can be guided and unfortunate accidents such as crowd crush can be prevented at various events where a plurality of people gather, and wherein the purpose or period of an event, organizer promotion, advertisement, or the like can be printed at various events, thereby communicating information and creating added value. The guard fence using waste banners according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: two or more first frame members formed in the shape of a linear frame, provided to be mounted on the ground in a vertical direction, arranged on the same horizon, and including a supporting rod having a storage part formed on a lower side to accommodate a weight and a plurality of first coupling holes formed on an upper side; second frame members mounted on the upper end of the first frame members to be able to be attached and detached, one being mounted on a first frame arranged on the outermost side among the two or more first frame members, and two being mounted on each first frame arranged inside, and having a plurality of second coupling holes formed thereon; a banner member arranged between the first frame members and the second frame members and having third coupling holes formed on both ends; and a fixing member having a ring provided on one side and tongs provided on the other side, wherein the ring is mounted on the first coupling holes and the second coupling holes, and the tongs are mounted on the third coupling holes to place the banner member as stretched tightly between the first frame member and the second frame member.
개시된 내용은 폐현수막을 제 1 프레임부재 및 제 2 프레임부재 사이에 설치해 가스펜스로 활용함으로써 환경오염을 감소시킬 수 있고, 다수의 인원이 모이는 각종 행사에서 출입을 통제하고, 올바른 동선을 유도하며 압사와 같은 불의의 사고가 방지될 수 있으며, 각종 행사에서 행사의 목적이나 기간, 주최사 홍보나 광고 등이 인쇄될 수 있어 다양한 정보전달은 물론 부가가치가 창출될 수 있도록 한 폐현수막을 이용한 가드펜스에 관한 것이다. 개시된 내용의 일 실시 예에 따른 폐현수막을 이용한 가드펜스는 선형의 프레임 형태로 형성되어 수직방향으로 지면에 안착 구비되되 두 개 이상이 동일 수평선상에 배치되고 하측에는 중량체가 수용되는 저장부가 형성되며 상측에는 다수 개의 제 1 체결공이 형성된 지지봉이 구비되는 제 1 프레임부재와, 상기 제 1 프레임부재 상단에 탈착 가능하게 장착되되 두 개 이상의 상기 제 1 프레임부재 중 최외측에 배치되는 상기 제 1 프레임 상에는 한 개가, 내측에 배치되는 상기 제 1 프레임 상에는 두 개씩이 장착되며 다수 개의 제 2 체결공이 형성된 제 2 프레임부재와, 상기 제 1 프레임부재 사이와, 상기 제 2 프레임부재 사이에 배치되며 양단에 제 3 체결공이 형성되는 현수막부재와, 일측에는 고리가 구비되고 타측에는 집게가 구비되어 상기 고리는 상기 제 1 체결공 및 제 2 체결공에 장착되고, 상기 집게는 상기 제 3 체결공에 장착되어 상기 현수막부재가 상기 제 1 프레임부재 및 제 2 프레임부재 사이에 팽팽하게 당겨진 상태로 위치되게 하는 고정부재가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에 대해 기술하고 있다.
