System And Method For Checking Meter Reading Values And Receiving Reports Through Remote Meter Reading
The present invention relates to a system for remotely reading a water meter and reporting an accident when necessary, and a method therefor, which can solve a problem of efficiency and inaccuracy in meter reading. Here, the system for checking a reading value through remote meter reading and reporting an accident comprises: a server unit which transmits and receives data by a wireless communication method; a meter which reads the amount used in real time; a user terminal on which a first application is installed to output a reading value of the meter with data received through short-range wireless communication through the first application and which analyzes the reading value to determine whether there is an accident and transmits the same to the server unit; and a remote reading terminal which is installed in the meter to transmit the reading value measured in the meter to the server unit and the user terminal. The method for checking a reading value through remote meter reading and reporting an accident comprises: a step (A) of outputting, by a light reception module of the meter installed in each room, a freezing release signal or a freezing detection signal to transmit the signal to the remote reading terminal; a step (B) of looking up a corresponding room in a memory to find a room of which waterworks should not be used when the remote reading terminal receives the freezing detection signal, and looking up a user terminal matching with the found room; a step (C) of transmitting, by the remote reading terminal, a waterworks usage prohibition signal to the user terminal found in the step (B); a step (D) of transmitting, by the remote reading terminal, the freezing detection terminal to the user terminal and operating a heating wire module installed in waterworks branch piping; and a step (E) of stopping the operation of the heating wire module installed in the waterworks branch piping and transmitting a prohibition release message to the user terminal, to which the waterworks usage prohibition signal has been transmitted in the step (C), when the remote reading terminal transmits the freezing release signal to the user terminal.
본 발명은 수도계량기를 원격으로 검침하고 필요 시 사고를 접수하는 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 여기서, 원격검침을 통한 검침값 확인 및 신고접수 시스템은 무선통신 방식으로 데이터를 송수신하는 서버부, 사용량을 실시간으로 검침하는 계량기, 제1어플리케이션이 설치되어 제1어플리케이션을 통해 근거리 무선통신으로 수신된 데이터로 계량기의 검침값이 출력되도록 하고, 검침값을 분석해 사고 여부를 판단하여 서버부에 전송하는 사용자단말기 및 계량기에 설치되어 계량기에서 측정된 검침값을 서버부 그리고 사용자단말기로 전송하는 원격검침단말기를 포함한다. 그리고 원격검침을 통한 검침값 확인 및 신고접수 방법은 각 호실에 설치된 계량기의 수광모듈이 동파해제신호 또는 동파감지신호를 출력해 원격검침단말기에 송신하는 (A)단계, 원격검침단말기가 동파감지신호를 수신한 경우, 메모리에 해당 호실을 조회하여 수도를 사용하면 안되는 호실을 조회하고, 조회된 호실과 매칭되는 사용자단말기를 조회하는 (B)단계, 원격검침단말기가 (B)단계에서 조회된 사용자단말기로 수도사용금지신호를 전송하는 (C)단계, 원격검침단말기가 사용자단말기로 동파감지신호를 송신하고 수도분기배관에 설치된 발열전선모듈을 가동시키는 (D)단계, 원격검침단말기가 사용자단말기로 동파해제신호를 송신한 경우, 수도분기배관에 설치된 발연전선모듈의 가동을 멈추고 (C)단계에서 수도사용금지신호를 송신한 사용자단말기로 금지해제메시지를 송신하는 (E)단계를 포함한다.
