The present invention relates to a drain cover for an apartment building, capable of being used by being conveniently installed in a drain and preventing various kinds of outer pollutants from being dropped into the drain and piled. The drain cover for an apartment building enables a person or a baby carriage to easily move on the upper part of the drain. The drain cover for an apartment building comprises: a drain body formed in a rectangular box shape and having an inflow hole at the center of the upper surface; a cover plate formed in a plate shape formed of mesh, wherein the cover plate is detachably connected to the inflow hole so that a lower end is hung on a mounting plate; multiple filtering plates formed in a mesh structure, wherein one end is connected to be inserted into a fixing groove by being inserted and connected into an insertion groove; and multiple fixing members. The drain body has a discharge hole at a lower end corresponding to the inflow hole. The mounting plate is formed to protrude in a longitudinal direction of an inner frame of the inflow hole. Multiple hanging grooves are formed to be connected to the inflow hole on the upper surface adjacent to the inflow hole. Multiple insertion grooves are arranged in a vertical direction on the front surface of the drain body. Multiple fixing grooves are formed at a position corresponding to the insertion groove on the rear surface of the drain body. So, the drain body is connected to be detached and attached to the upper part of the drain formed on the ground. The multiple fixing members comprise: a fixing plate including a connection protrusion mounted and connected to a hanging groove at a lower end; and multiple fixing pins extended to be separated from the lower end of the fixing plate facing the connection protrusion to the lower part. When the drain body and the cover plate are connected, the connection protrusion of the fixing plate is coupled to the hanging groove. The fixing pin is coupled to penetrate the cover plate so that the multiple fixing members strongly support the connection of the cover plate and the drain body.

본 발명은 배수로에 편리하게 설치하여 사용을 이룰 수 있으며, 배수로로 각종 외부 오염물질이 떨어져 쌓이는 것을 방지하고, 배수로의 상부로 사람이나 유모차 등이 용이한 이동을 이룰 수 있도록 하는 공동주택용 배수로 덮개에 관한 것으로, 그 특징적인 구성은, 사각형의 박스 형상으로, 상면 중심부에는 유입공이 형성되고, 상기 유입공과 대응되는 하단에는 배출공이 형성되며, 상기 유입공의 내측 테두리 길이 방향으로는 안착판이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 유입공과 인접한 상면에는 복수개의 걸림홈이 상기 유입공과 연통되게 형성되며, 전면에는 복수개의 삽입홈이 수직 방향으로 배치되게 형성되고, 후면에는 상기 삽입홈과 대응되는 위치에 복수개의 고정홈이 형성되어 지상에 형성된 배수로의 상부에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 배수로몸체와, 메쉬망으로 이루어진 판 형상으로 형성되어 상기 안착판에 하단이 걸리도록 상기 유입공에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 덮개판과, 상기 삽입홈에 끼움 결합되어 상기 고정홈에 일단이 삽입되게 결합되며, 메쉬망 구조로 이루어지는 복수개의 거름판과, 상기 걸림홈에 안착 결합되는 결합돌기가 하단에 구비된 고정판과, 상기 결합돌기와 대향되는 고정판의 하단에서 하부로 이격되게 연장 형성되는 복수개의 고정핀으로 구성되어 상기 배수로몸체와 덮개판 간 결합 시, 상기 고정판의 결합돌기가 걸림홈에 체결되고, 상기 고정핀이 덮개판에 관통되게 체결되어 배수로몸체와 덮개판의 결합을 견고하게 지지하는 복수개의 고정부재를 포함하여 구성된다.
