The present invention relates to a manhole cover height adjustment device, which comprises a concrete cover (60) on which a manhole cover (12) and a manhole frame (10) are mounted. A plurality of housings (30) are radially built in the concrete cover (60). A mounting unit (31) is formed at the center of the housing (30). A female screw unit (32) is formed at the center of the bottom surface of the mounting unit (31), and an insertion cylindrical unit (33) protrudes from the lower surface of the mounting unit (31) to be inserted into a guiding container (34). A head unit (21) of a pull bolt (20) is mounted on the mounting unit (31). The pull bolt (20) has the head unit (21), and a male screw unit (26) protrudes from the lower surface of the head unit (21) to be screw-coupled to the female screw unit (32) of the housing (30). A plurality of operating grooves (25) are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the head unit (21) in a circumferential direction. An insertion hole (24) is formed at the center of the head unit (21) such that an operating bolt (27) may be inserted thereinto. Therefore, horizontality of the manhole cover may be easily set.
