The present invention relates to: a rooftop waterproofing material based on a liquid emulsion, which is a two-component mixed-reactive waterproofing agent, but by mixing mineral-based mixed powder, which is a hardness-enhancing particle, improves air permeability and elasticity of the coating film formed after application, and has flexible elasticity due to the characteristics of waterproof construction, and thus improves surface hardness to ensure durability in walking and traffic; and a construction method using the rooftop waterproofing material.
본 발명은 2액형 혼합 반응형 방수제인 액상에멀젼을 기반으로 하되, 경도강화입자인 광물계 혼합분체를 혼합함에 따라, 도포 후 형성된 도포막의 통기성과 탄성을 향상시켜, 방수시공특성상 플렉시블한 탄성을 갖추며 표면 경도를 향상시켜 보행 및 통행에 내구성을 가질 수 있도록 하는 옥상방수재와 이러한 상기 옥상방수재를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
