The present invention relates to swivel support and a method of installing a safety post using the swivel support, which can safely install the safety post on a pre-installed post. The method of installing a safety post using the swivel support of the present invention comprises: a fixing step of fixing swivel support, in which an upper support is connected to a lower support to be swivelable, to a pre-installed post; a cutting step of cutting a portion between the upper support and the lower support of the swivel support fixed to the post to be separated into an upper post and a lower post; a swiveling step of horizontally swiveling the upper post for the lower post by using the swivel support; a releasing step of releasing the swivel support fixed to the post; a connecting step of connecting the lower post to a main shaft of the safety post and connecting the upper post to an adjustment shaft; and a fastening step of vertically rotating and fastening the upper post for the lower post by using the safety post. Therefore, the present invention has an especially useful effect of securing the safety of workers since the swivel support can be fixed to a pre-installed post, cut, and horizontally rotated to install the safety post at a low position within reach of the hands of workers.
본 발명은 기설치된 등주에 안전등주를 안전하게 설치할 수 있는 스위블서포트 및 이 스위블서포트를 이용한 안전등주 설치방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 스위블서포트를 이용한 안전등주 설치방법은, 하부의 로워서포트에 대하여 상부의 어퍼서포트가 스위블 가능하게 연결된 스위블서포트를 기설치된 등주에 고정하는 고정단계; 상기 등주에 고정된 상기 스위블서포트의 로워서포트와 어퍼서포트 사이의 부분을 커팅하여 상부등주와 하부등주로 나누는 커팅단계; 상기 스위블서포트를 이용해서 상기 하부등주에 대하여 상기 상부등주를 수평으로 스위블시키는 스위블단계; 상기 등주에 고정된 스위블서포트를 해제하는 해제단계; 상기 안전등주의 메인 샤프트에 상기 하부등주를 연결하고 조절 샤프트에 상기 상부등주를 연결하는 연결단계; 상기 안전등주를 이용해서 상기 하부등주에 대하여 상기 상부등주를 수직으로 회전시킨 후 체결하는 체결단계;를 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 스위블서포트를 기설치된 등주에 고정하여 커팅한 후 작업자의 손이 닿는 낮은 곳에 수평으로 회전시켜서 안전등주를 설치할 수 있으므로 작업자의 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.
