본 발명의 슬라이딩 암레스트(1)는 외부 조작이 이루어지는 암레스트 노브(300)와 그 조작력을 전달받는 암레스트 래치(400)에 암레스트 래치 가이드(300-1)와 상기 암레스트 래치(400)의 가이드 접촉부(400-1)로 이루어진 가변터치구조를 적용함으로써 암레스트 노브(300)의 조작에 따른 암레스트 래치(400)의 오픈(즉, 잠금 해제)으로 암레스트의 슬라이딩 이동을 구현하는 부품수량 축소와 중량 절감 구조가 가능하고, 특히 슬라이딩 전후 두 지점으로 만 국한되던 암레스트 오픈 조건을 해소하는 특징이 구현된다.
