The present invention relates to a non-drainage sheet-type complex finger expansion joint device that can effectively improve the drainage structure between the upper slabs of a bridge. The present invention is characterized by comprising: first and second finger arms (10, 10') which are provided to form expansion joints between the upper slabs (1) of a bridge by being engaged with each other by means of a finger groove (12), and a center finger arm (11) installed therebetween; a drainage plate (20, 20') which is spaced apart from the bottom surface of the first and second finger arms (10, 10') to form a drainage passage (21, 21'); a cover plate (30) which is disposed below the center finger arm (11) and finishes the space between the upper slabs (1); a waterproof plate (50, 50') which is installed between the first and second finger arms (10, 10') and the cover plate (30) to block the introduction of rainwater into the drainage passage (21, 21') by means of the finger groove (12); and a sliding pad (60, 60') which is made of a hard synthetic resin with a predetermined thickness and pressed into close contact with the bottom surface of the cover plate (30) by being coupled to both upward partition plates (22, 22'). The non-drainage sheet-type complex finger expansion joint device has an improved structure in which the drainage passage is integrally formed below the finger arm so that a drainage sheet can be excluded when using the non-drainage sheet-type expansion joint device, thus improving on-site constructability and facilitating ease in maintenance and repair.
본 발명은 교량의 상판 슬래브 사이에 배수구조를 효과적으로 개선할 수 있는 무배수시트 타입 복합핑거 신축이음장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 핑거홈(12)에 의해 서로 맞물려 교량의 상판 슬래브(1) 사이를 신축이음하도록 구비되는 제 1, 2핑거암(10)(10')과 그 사이에 설치되는 센터핑거암(11); 상기 제 1, 2핑거암(10)(10') 저면에 이격 배치되어 배수유로(21)(21')를 형성하는 배수플레이트(20)(20'); 상기 센터핑거암(11) 하부에 형성되며, 상판 슬래브(1) 사이 공간을 마감하는 커버플레이트(30); 제 1, 2핑거암(10)(10')과 커버플레이트(30) 사이에 설치되어 핑거홈(12)를 통해 배수유로(21)(21')로 우수의 유입을 차단하기 위한 차수플레이트(50)(50'); 및 소정의 두께를 갖는 경질 합성수지로 형성되고, 양 상향격판(22)(22')에 결합되어 커버플레이트(30) 저면에 긴밀하게 밀착되는 슬라이딩패드(60)(60');를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 무배수시트 타입 복합핑거 신축이음장치를 이용하면, 핑거암 하부에 배수유로를 일체로 형성하여 배수시트를 생략할 수 있도록 구조 개선되어 현장 시공성이 향상되고 및 유지보수가 용이한 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a non-drainage sheet-type complex finger expansion joint device that can effectively improve the drainage structure between the upper slabs of a bridge. The present invention is characterized by comprising: first and second finger arms (10, 10') which are provided to form expansion joints between the upper slabs (1) of a bridge by being engaged with each other by means of a finger groove (12), and a center finger arm (11) installed therebetween; a drainage plate (20, 20') which is spaced apart from the bottom surface of the first and second finger arms (10, 10') to form a drainage passage (21, 21'); a cover plate (30) which is disposed below the center finger arm (11) and finishes the space between the upper slabs (1); a waterproof plate (50, 50') which is installed between the first and second finger arms (10, 10') and the cover plate (30) to block the introduction of rainwater into the drainage passage (21, 21') by means of the finger groove (12); and a sliding pad (60, 60') which is made of a hard synthetic resin with a predetermined thickness and pressed into close contact with the bottom surface of the cover plate (30) by being coupled to both upward partition plates (22, 22'). The non-drainage sheet-type complex finger expansion joint device has an improved structure in which the drainage passage is integrally formed below the finger arm so that a drainage sheet can be excluded when using the non-drainage sheet-type expansion joint device, thus improving on-site constructability and facilitating ease in maintenance and repair.
본 발명은 교량의 상판 슬래브 사이에 배수구조를 효과적으로 개선할 수 있는 무배수시트 타입 복합핑거 신축이음장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 핑거홈(12)에 의해 서로 맞물려 교량의 상판 슬래브(1) 사이를 신축이음하도록 구비되는 제 1, 2핑거암(10)(10')과 그 사이에 설치되는 센터핑거암(11); 상기 제 1, 2핑거암(10)(10') 저면에 이격 배치되어 배수유로(21)(21')를 형성하는 배수플레이트(20)(20'); 상기 센터핑거암(11) 하부에 형성되며, 상판 슬래브(1) 사이 공간을 마감하는 커버플레이트(30); 제 1, 2핑거암(10)(10')과 커버플레이트(30) 사이에 설치되어 핑거홈(12)를 통해 배수유로(21)(21')로 우수의 유입을 차단하기 위한 차수플레이트(50)(50'); 및 소정의 두께를 갖는 경질 합성수지로 형성되고, 양 상향격판(22)(22')에 결합되어 커버플레이트(30) 저면에 긴밀하게 밀착되는 슬라이딩패드(60)(60');를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 무배수시트 타입 복합핑거 신축이음장치를 이용하면, 핑거암 하부에 배수유로를 일체로 형성하여 배수시트를 생략할 수 있도록 구조 개선되어 현장 시공성이 향상되고 및 유지보수가 용이한 장점이 있다.
