According to an embodiment of the present invention, a foldable evacuation ladder apparatus may comprise: a frame unit including a fixed frame member fixed to the exterior wall of a building, and a front frame member connected to the fixed frame member by a connecting frame member and folded or unfolded with respect to the fixed frame member; a bottom plate unit which has a rear end connected to a lower end of the fixed frame member and a front end connected to a lower end of the front frame member, and is folded or unfolded when the front frame member is folded or unfolded with respect to the fixed frame member by the connecting frame member; and a locking unit which locks or unlocks the front frame member with respect to the fixed frame member. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to respond quickly when a disaster occurs, and the frame unit and bottom plate unit can be returned to their original state even after use by a simple operation of pulling a part of an operating unit.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 대피 사다리 장치는, 건물 외벽에 고정되는 고정 프레임부재와, 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 연결 프레임부재로 연결되어 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 접히거나 펴지는 전면 프레임부재를 포함하는 프레임부와, 후단부는 상기 고정 프레임부재의 하단부에 연결되고 전단부는 상기 전면 프레임부재의 하단부에 연결되며 상기 연결 프레임부재에 의해 상기 전면 프레임부재가 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 접히거나 펴질 때 같이 접히거나 펴지는 바닥 플레이트부 및 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대하여 상기 전면 프레임부재를 잠금하거나 잠금 해제하는 잠금부를 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 대피 사다리 장치는, 건물 외벽에 고정되는 고정 프레임부재와, 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 연결 프레임부재로 연결되어 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 접히거나 펴지는 전면 프레임부재를 포함하는 프레임부와, 후단부는 상기 고정 프레임부재의 하단부에 연결되고 전단부는 상기 전면 프레임부재의 하단부에 연결되며 상기 연결 프레임부재에 의해 상기 전면 프레임부재가 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 접히거나 펴질 때 같이 접히거나 펴지는 바닥 플레이트부 및 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대하여 상기 전면 프레임부재를 잠금하거나 잠금 해제하는 잠금부를 포함할 수 있다.
