Insulation Finishing Panel For Wall Finish And Manufacturing Method Thereof
An insulation finishing panel for wall finish, which includes an insulating material and a cover panel which covers the front surface of the insulating material and is fixed to the insulating material, and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The cover panel comprises: an insulation cover which covers the front surface of an insulating material; a lower flange which is formed at the bottom of the insulation cover to be provided on the lower side of the insulating material; and an upper flange which is formed at the top of the insulation cover to be provided on the upper side of the insulating material. The lower flange has at least one first hook hole allowing insertion of a first hook, which protrudes upwards, so as to be hooked and supported by a bracket having the first hook. The upper flange has at least one second hook hole allowing insertion of a second hook, which protrudes downwards, so as to be hooked and supported by a bracket with the second hook. According to the present invention, wall insulation construction can be performed quickly and easily, and easily cope with regulations regarding the thickness of the insulating material.
본 발명에서는: 단열재와, 상기 단열재의 전면을 덮으며 상기 단열재에 고정되는 커버 패널을 포함하는 벽면 마감용 단열성 마감패널 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 커버 패널은, 상기 단열재의 전면을 덮는 단열재 커버와, 상기 단열재의 하측에 구비되도록 상기 단열재 커버의 하부에 형성되는 하부 플랜지와, 상기 단열재의 상측에 구비되도록 상기 단열재 커버의 상부에 형성되는 상부 플랜지를 포함하고; 상기 하부 플랜지는, 상방으로 돌출된 제1 후크를 갖는 브라켓에 걸려서 지지될 수 있도록, 상기 제1 후크의 삽입이 가능한 적어도 하나의 제1 후크 홀을 가지며; 상기 상부 플랜지는, 하방으로 돌출된 제2 후크를 갖는 브라켓에 걸려서 지지될 수 있도록, 상기 제2 후크의 삽입이 가능한 적어도 하나의 제2 후크 홀을 갖는다. 본 발명에 따르면, 벽면 단열시공이 빠르고 쉽게 수행될 수 있으며, 단열재의 두께 규제에 쉽게 대응할 수 있다.
