Upward basement structure demolition method
The present invention relates to an upward demolition method for a basement structure, capable of easily and safely demolishing a basement structure. The demolition method for demolishing the basement structure (100) includes: a step a) of installing a jack pile (200) on a baseplate (50) of the basement structure (100) and installing a pile (210) up to a support layer; a step b) of carrying equipment inside by cutting a part of the basement structure (100) and obtaining a space for removing the demolished structure and supplying refilling earth and sand; a step c) of raising the basement structure (100) to a fixed height by using the jack pile (200); a step d) of demolishing the basement structure (100) exposed to ground level (G.L) or higher due to the rise and refilling the lower part of the baseplate (50) with the earth and sand; and a step e) removing the jack pile (200) and demolishing the baseplate (50).
본 발명은, 지하층 구조물(100)을 철거하는 철거공법에 있어서, 가) 지하층 구조물(100)의 기초판(50)에 잭파일(200)을 설치하고, 파일(210)을 지지층까지 설치하는 단계; 나) 지하층 구조물(100) 일부를 절단하여 장비반입, 철거물 제거 및 되메우기 토사를 공급하기 위한 공간을 확보하는 단계; 다) 잭파일(200)을 이용하여 지하층 구조물(100)을 일정 높이 상승시키는 단계; 라) 상승에 의해 그라운드레벨(G.L) 이상으로 노출된 지하층 구조물(100) 철거 및 기초판(50) 하부를 토사로 되메우기하는 단계; 마) 상기 잭파일(200)을 제거하고, 상기 기초판(50)을 철거하는 단계를 포함하는 상승식 지하층 구조물 철거공법에 관한 것이다.
