The present invention relates to a method for forming an impact sound blocking structure using waste resin materials, and the impact sound blocking structure. The method for forming an impact sound blocking structure using waste resin materials comprises: a step of preparing waste resin powder obtained from waste resin materials containing at least one of waste plastic, waste rubber, and waste fiber; a step of mixing the waste resin powder with a composite fermentation product prepared by fermenting a mixture of vegetable mixed powder, phytoncide crude liquid, and Dendropanax morbifera sap to prepare a first impact sound blocking composition; a step of preparing a second impact sound blocking composition by mixing the first impact sound blocking mixture with nanocellulose powder, mineral powder, metal oxide, dispersant, viscosity regulator, and purified water; a step of preparing a mineral functional water containing mineral materials, alkali salts, and water-soluble silicates, and mixing the mineral functional water with the second impact sound blocking composition to prepare a third impact sound blocking composition; a step of stirring the third impact sound blocking composition at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined period to prepare a fourth impact sound blocking composition in a gel state; a step of forming or processing the fourth impact sound blocking composition to manufacture an impact sound blocking material; and a step of mixing the impact sound blocking material with cement mortar and performing a pouring process to form an impact sound blocking layer. Therefore, the sound insulation, soundproofing, or sound absorption performance of the impact sound blocking structure can be improved.
본 발명은 폐수지 재료를 이용한 충격음 차단 구조물의 형성 방법 및 그 충격음 차단 구조물에 관한 것으로, 폐플라스틱, 폐고무 및 폐섬유 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 폐수지 재료로부터 수득한 폐수지 분말을 준비하는 단계, 폐수지 분말, 식물성 혼합분말, 및 피톤치드 원액과 황칠나무 수액을 포함하는 복합 수용액을 발효 처리하여 제조된 복합 발효물을 혼합하여 제1 충격음 차단 조성물을 제조하는 단계, 제1 충격음 차단 혼합물과 나노셀룰로오스 분말, 광물 분말, 금속 산화물, 분산제, 점도 조절제 및 정제수를 혼합하여 제2 충격음 차단 조성물을 제조하는 단계, 미네랄 광물질, 알칼리염 및 수용성 규산염을 포함하는 미네랄 기능수를 제조하고, 이를 제2 충격음 차단 조성물과 혼합하여 제3 충격음 차단 조성물을 제조하는 단계, 제3 충격음 차단 조성물을 일정 온도에서 일정 시간 동안 교반하여 겔(gel) 상태의 제4 충격음 차단 조성물을 제조하는 단계, 제4 충격음 차단 조성물을 성형 또는 가공하여 충격음 차단재를 제조하는 단계, 및 시멘트 몰탈과 충격음 차단재를 혼합 후 타설 공정을 수행하여 충격음 차단층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 폐수지 재료를 이용한 충격음 차단 구조물의 형성 방법을 제공한다.
