The present invention relates to an apartment house fence with an automatic opening and closing function and a construction method thereof, which allow a pass through an entrance without a manager, and to a construction method thereof. The apartment house fence comprises: a post member installed and fixed to the ground of an entrance; a ring bearing fitted and fixed to the post member; an opening and closing fence unit for opening or closing the entrance; and a caster installed at a lower part of the opening and closing fence unit.
본 발명은 자동 개폐기능을 갖춘 공동주택용 휀스 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 공용주택의 출입을 위해 출입구에 설치되는 휀스로서, 상기 출입구의 지면에 설치되어 고정되는 지주부재와, 상기 지주부재에 끼움되어 고정되는 링베어링와, 상기 지주부재에 설치된 링베어링에 연결되어 회전되며, 상기 출입구를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 개폐휀스유닛과, 상기 개폐휀스유닛의 하부에 설치되어, 상기 개폐휀스유닛을 안내하는 캐스터로 이루어지며, 상기 지주부재에는 차량이나 출입자를 감지하여 상기 개폐휀스유닛을 회전시키도록 감지형자동회전개폐수단이 더 마련되고, 상기 감지형자동회전개폐수단은 상기 지주부재에 마련되어, 상기 출입구로 근접하는 차량이나 출입자를 감지하는 감지센서와, 상기 지주부재에 마련되며 상기 감지센서의 신호를 전달받아 상기 개폐휀스유닛을 회전시키는 구동회전부로 이루어지며, 상기 구동회전부는 상기 지주부재의 상부에 형성되는 구동모터와, 상기 지주부재에 설치된 구동모터의 구동축에 일단이 연결되어 고정되는 수평안내바와, 상기 구동축에 연결된 수평안내바에 상단부가 연결되어 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 개폐휀스유닛에 연결되어 고정되는 수직안내바로 이루어져, 공동주택의 출입구에 설치되는 휀스의 지주에 개폐휀스유닛을 회전되게 체결하고, 개폐휀스유닛을 회전시키도록 감지형자동회전개폐수단을 마련하여, 출입구를 개방 또는 폐쇄시키도록 함으로써, 차량이나 출입자의 통행이 가능하게 되고, 감지센서에 의해 차량이나 출입자를 감지한 후 개폐휀스유닛을 회전시켜 관리자 없이 출입구의 통행이 가능하게 되는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 자동 개폐기능을 갖춘 공동주택용 휀스 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 공용주택의 출입을 위해 출입구에 설치되는 휀스로서, 상기 출입구의 지면에 설치되어 고정되는 지주부재와, 상기 지주부재에 끼움되어 고정되는 링베어링와, 상기 지주부재에 설치된 링베어링에 연결되어 회전되며, 상기 출입구를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 개폐휀스유닛과, 상기 개폐휀스유닛의 하부에 설치되어, 상기 개폐휀스유닛을 안내하는 캐스터로 이루어지며, 상기 지주부재에는 차량이나 출입자를 감지하여 상기 개폐휀스유닛을 회전시키도록 감지형자동회전개폐수단이 더 마련되고, 상기 감지형자동회전개폐수단은 상기 지주부재에 마련되어, 상기 출입구로 근접하는 차량이나 출입자를 감지하는 감지센서와, 상기 지주부재에 마련되며 상기 감지센서의 신호를 전달받아 상기 개폐휀스유닛을 회전시키는 구동회전부로 이루어지며, 상기 구동회전부는 상기 지주부재의 상부에 형성되는 구동모터와, 상기 지주부재에 설치된 구동모터의 구동축에 일단이 연결되어 고정되는 수평안내바와, 상기 구동축에 연결된 수평안내바에 상단부가 연결되어 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 개폐휀스유닛에 연결되어 고정되는 수직안내바로 이루어져, 공동주택의 출입구에 설치되는 휀스의 지주에 개폐휀스유닛을 회전되게 체결하고, 개폐휀스유닛을 회전시키도록 감지형자동회전개폐수단을 마련하여, 출입구를 개방 또는 폐쇄시키도록 함으로써, 차량이나 출입자의 통행이 가능하게 되고, 감지센서에 의해 차량이나 출입자를 감지한 후 개폐휀스유닛을 회전시켜 관리자 없이 출입구의 통행이 가능하게 되는 효과가 있다.
