Complex Waterproofing Method Using Degassing Appratus for Venting Water and Moisture under Protective Concrete Layer
The present invention relates to a complex waterproofing method using a degassing apparatus for discharging water and moisture under a push mortar layer, which forms a drilled hole in a push mortar layer, fills the drilled hole with a material that effectively absorbs moisture, and installs the degassing apparatus on an upper part of the drilled hole to effectively discharge water or moisture under the push mortar layer, and fills the drilled hole with a waterproofing material having an insulation function, thereby obtaining a triple composite effect of improved waterproofing, insulation, and durability of buildings. The method for removing water under the push mortar layer in a non-exposed waterproofing structure in which the push mortar layer is disposed on a waterproofing layer, comprises the steps of: forming drilled holes in a push mortar layer at regular intervals to penetrate the push mortar layer to reach base concrete; filling the drilled holes, formed in the push mortar layer, with a moisture absorbent that absorbs water and moisture; and installing a degassing device on the upper side of the drilled holes to discharge moisture discharged through the drilled holes.
본 발명은 누름몰탈층에 천공홀을 형성한 후 천공홀에 습기를 효과적으로 흡수하는 소재를 충전하고 천공홀의 상부에 탈기장치를 설치함으로써 누름몰탈층 하부의 수분이나 습기를 효과적으로 배출한 후 단열기능을 구비한 방수자재를 충전함으로써 방수성과 단열성 및 건축물의 내구성 향상이라는 3중 복합효과를 얻을 수 있는 누름몰탈층 하부의 수분 및 습기를 배출하는 탈기기능의 장치를 활용한 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로, 방수층 위에 누름몰탈층이 배치된 비노출형 방수구조에서 누름몰탈층의 하부에 고인 물을 제거하기 위한 방법으로서, 누름몰탈층을 관통하여 바탕 콘크리트에 이르도록 누름몰탈층에 일정 간격으로 천공홀을 형성하는 단계; 누름몰탈층에 형성된 천공홀에 수분 및 습기를 흡수하는 흡습제를 충전하는 단계; 천공홀의 상부측에 탈기장치를 설치하여 천공홀을 통해 배출되는 습기를 배출하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
