The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a self-repairing crystallized admixture for mortar, a mortar composition for repairing concrete structures with a self-repairing function, and a method for repairing concrete structures using the same. The method for manufacturing a self-repairing crystallized admixture for mortar comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture by mixing a hydrophilic crystallization accelerator and a hydrophobic material; and drying the mixture at high temperature and pulverizing the same to obtain a self-repairing crystallized admixture. According to the present invention, the occurrence of maintenance demands can be suppressed, and related costs can be reduced.
본 발명은 모르타르용 자기 보수 결정화 혼화제의 제조방법과, 자기 보수 기능을 갖는 콘크리트 구조물 보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 친수성 결정화 촉진제와 소수성 물질을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 혼합물을 싸이클론 건조기로 고온 건조 분말화하여, 친수성 결정화 촉진제 표면에 소수성 물질의 코팅층이 형성된 자기 보수 결정화 혼화제를 얻는 단계를 포함하여 제조되는 것이고; 상기 친수성 결정화 촉진제는 아우인계 시멘트 팽창제(4CaO·3Al2O3·SO3), 무수 석고(CaSO4), free-CaO와 팽윤성을 갖는 몬모릴로나이트, 칼슘 알루미네이트, 탄산나트륨(Na2CO3), 탄산리튬(Li2CO3), 중탄산나트륨(NaHCO3), 마그네슘카보네이트(MgCO3), 리튬하이드로겐카보네이트(LiHCO3), 황산나트륨(Na2SO4), 황산알루미늄(Al2(SO4)3), 메타카올리나이트(Al2Si2O7), 알루민산나트륨(NaAlO2), 규산나트륨, 인산수소칼슘(CaHPO4), 모노베이직 칼슘 포스페이트(Ca(H2PO4)2) 및 트리베이직 칼슘 포스페이트(Ca3(PO4)2)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것이고; 상기 소수성 물질은 칼슘 스테아레이트, 암모늄 스테아레이트, 부틸 스테아레이트, 올레산, 카프릴산과 카프릭 유도체 및 트리메톡시실란(trimethoxysilane)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 함유하여, 콘크리트 구조물의 파손부 처리 시 균열 등의 성능저하 요소를 자기 스스로 복원하고 치유할 수 있는 자기 보수 결정화 혼화제를 사용하므로, 추가적인 균열에 의한 추가 공사를 하지 않아도 보수 및 복구효과를 향상시켜 유지관리 수요 발생을 억제하고 관련 비용을 절감할 수 있는 자기 보수 기능을 갖는 콘크리트 구조물 보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 방법에 관한 것이다.
