The present invention provides a running rail fixing structure for a harbor crane which can stably fix a running rail and easily adjust the horizontal state of the running rail. The running rail fixing structure for a harbor crane fixes a harbor crane running rail (1) positioned on support mortar (C1) poured in a prescribed depth and an upper surface portion of non-shrinkage mortar (C2) poured on an upper surface portion of the support mortar (C1) in a prescribed depth, and comprises: a plate unit (10) having a first and a second coupling hole (11, 12), a first and a second main fixing hole (13, 14), and a first and a second auxiliary fixing hole (15, 16) to place the running rail (1) thereon; a first and a second fixing unit (21, 22), a first and a second support pipe unit (23, 24), a first and a second main leveling nut unit (25, 26), and a first and a second support pipe fixing nut unit (27, 28) integrated into the support mortar (C1) and the non-shrinkage mortar (C2) to fix the plate unit (10) and adjust vertical height and horizontal state; a first and a second auxiliary leveling bolt unit (31, 32) additionally adjusting the vertical height and horizontal state of the plate unit (10); a first and a second pressing unit (41, 42) restricting the running rail (1); and a first and a second long bolt unit (51, 52) and a first and a second pressing nut unit (53, 54) coupling the first and second pressing units (41, 42) to the plate unit (10).
