The present invention relates to a smart automatic cleaning dual filter gate, and more specifically, to a smart automatic cleaning dual filter gate, which may completely remove ultra-fine larva generated in purified tap water to satisfy a standard recommended by the Ministry of Environment. When the filter is blocked by the larva, the blocking is detected such that the filter may be automatically cleaned. At least two filter gates, at which a microfilter unit is installed, may alternatingly descend to enable filtering without suspending the water supply, and two filter gates may descend as required to enable a more precise filtering. Therefore, maintenance and cleaning may be remotely controlled. To this end, the present invention comprises: a valve body which is fixed between an inlet pipeline and an outlet pipeline, and has a flow path in which fluid flows; at least two filter gates which elevate in the valve body; a microfilter unit which is mounted on the filter gate to filter debris and larva included in fluid flowing on the flow path; a hood constructed at the upper end of the valve body; a guiding rod which is constructed at the hood to guide the ascension and descension of the filter gate after the same is coupled; and an actuator which is installed at the upper side of the valve body providing transfer force to elevate the filter gate by being connected to the guiding rod. The present invention further comprises a cleaning unit which is installed at one side of the hood to clean the microfilter unit at the location at which the filter gate is elevated.
본 발명은 스마트 자동세척 듀얼필터 게이트에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은, 정수한 수돗물에서 발생하는 초미세 유충을 환경부에서 권장하는 기준에 충족하도록 완전히 제거할 수 있고, 필터가 유충에 의해 폐색되면 이를 감지하여 필터를 자동세척할 수 있도록 하되, 정밀여과부가 설치된 두 개 이상의 필터게이트를 교대로 하강시켜 무단수 여과가 가능하게 함과 아울러 필요에 따라 두 개의 필터게이트를 하강시켜 더욱 정밀한 여과가 가능하게 하며, 정비 및 청소를 원격제어가 가능하도록 하는 스마트 자동세척 듀얼필터 게이트를 제공함에 있다. 이는, 유입관로와 유출관로 사이에 고정되고, 유체가 유동되는 유로가 형성되어진 밸브바디; 상기 밸브바디의 내측에서 승강되는 적어도 두개 이상의 필터게이트; 상기 필터게이트에 장착되어 유로 상에 흐르는 유체에 포함된 이물질 및 유충을 여과시키는 정밀여과부; 상기 밸브바디의 상단에 구성되는 본네트; 상기 본네트에 구성되어 상기 필터게이트가 결합되어 승하강되는 것을 안내하는 안내봉; 및 상기 안내봉에 연결되어 상기 필터게이트를 상승시키는 이송력을 제공하는 상기 밸브바디의 상측에 설치된 액츄에이터를 포함하며, 상기 필터게이트가 상승된 위치에 상기 정밀여과부를 세척하도록 상기 본네트의 일측면에 설치되어진 세척부를 포함하는 것이다.
