The present invention relates to a surface-emitting floor traffic light system having a voice guidance function and a failure notification function, which has a voice guidance function, so that pedestrians can safely cross the crosswalk and a failure notification function, so that when a failure occurs, it is notified to a remote integrated control center or a manager's smart device to enable a quick action to be taken. The system of the present invention comprises: a traffic light (10) disposed on traffic light posts (11) installed vertically at both ends of the crosswalk (50) in a transverse direction and including a red light and a green light; a floor traffic light (20) installed on the floor at both ends of the crosswalk (50) in the transverse direction and operated in conjunction with the traffic light (10); a sound generator (30) installed on the traffic light post (11) and performing a crossing guidance broadcast when the green light is turned on; and a control unit (40) controlling the operation of the traffic light (10), the floor traffic light (20), and the sound generator (30), wherein the system further comprises: failure detection units (15, 25) disposed in each of the traffic light (10) and the floor traffic light (20) to detect whether the traffic light (10) or the floor traffic light (20) is broken; and a communication unit (45) disposed on the control unit (40) to transmit a failure occurrence signal along with location information to the integrated control center (100) or the manager's smart device according to the signal from the failure detection unit (15, 25).
본 발명은 음성안내 기능을 구비하여 보행자가 안전하게 횡단보도를 건널 수 있도록 함과 아울러 고장안내 기능을 구비하여 고장이 발생할 경우 원격지의 통합관제센터 또는 관리자의 스마트기기로 이를 통지하여 신속하게 대처할 수 있도록 한 음성안내 기능과 고장알림 기능을 갖춘 면발광 바닥신호등 시스템에 관한 것으로, 횡단보도(50)의 횡단방향 양끝단에 각각 수직으로 설치된 신호등 지주(11)에 구비되며 적색등과 녹색등을 포함하는 신호등(10); 횡단보도(50)의 횡단방향 양끝단의 바닥면에 설치되며 신호등(10)과 연동하여 작동되는 바닥신호등(20); 신호등 지주(11)에 설치되며 녹색등이 점등될 때 횡단안내방송을 수행하는 음향발생장치(30); 그리고 신호등(10)과 바닥신호등(20) 및 음향발생장치(30)의 작동을 제어하는 제어부(40);를 포함하고, 상기 신호등(10) 또는 바닥신호등(20)의 고장 여부를 감지하도록 신호등(10)과 바닥신호등(20)에 각각 구비되는 고장감지부(15)(25)와, 상기 제어부(40)에 구비되며 고장감지부(15)(25)의 신호에 따라 통합관제센터(100) 또는 관리자의 스마트기기에 위치정보와 함께 고장발생신호를 전송하는 통신부(45)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
