The present invention is characterized by comprising: a belt member which is worn at the waist of the worker performing a repairing work or a replacement work of devices provided at a telegraph pole by elevating along the telegraph pole; an auxiliary belt which is installed at the belt member, and is interposed between the belt member and the human body of the worker to come in contact with the human body of the worker; a mounting belt of which both end portions are connected to the auxiliary belt, and which is formed to be lengthy compared to the auxiliary belt so as to be arranged by being downwardly curved from the auxiliary belt and the belt member so the worker may place the hip thereon to be seated; a rope member which is extended from the belt member, and is bent so a plurality of mounting units may be provided to be mounted on the telegraph pole; a bending fixing unit which connects the bending portion of the rope member to the belt member so the rope member may constitute the plurality of mounting units; a length adjustment unit which restricts or releases the restriction of the rope member inserted into the bending fixing unit so the rope member may be slid to adjust the length of the mounting unit; a first connecting unit which connects the bending fixing unit to the belt member; a plurality of second connecting units which connect the plurality of mounting members to the belt member in an individually detachable manner; and a ring fastening unit which is provided at the belt member so each of the plurality of second connecting units may be individually connected to the belt member. Therefore, time and costs may be significantly reduced.
본 발명은, 전주를 따라 상승하여 전주에 구비되는 장치들의 보수작업 또는 교체작업을 진행하는 작업자의 허리에 착용되는 벨트부재; 상기 벨트부재에 설치되고, 상기 벨트부재와 작업자의 인체 사이에 개재되어 작업자의 인체에 밀착되는 보조벨트; 상기 보조벨트에 양단부가 연결되고, 상기 보조벨트와 비교하여 길게 형성되어 상기 보조벨트 및 상기 벨트부재로부터 하측 방향으로 굴곡되게 배치되어 작업자가 엉덩이를 거치시켜 안착할 수 있도록 하는 거치벨트; 상기 벨트부재로부터 연장되고, 복수 개의 거치부가 구비되도록 굴곡되어 전주에 거치되는 로프부재; 상기 로프부재가 복수 개의 상기 거치부를 이루도록 상기 로프부재의 굴곡부위를 상기 벨트부재에 연결하는 굴곡고정부; 상기 굴곡고정부에 삽입되는 상기 로프부재를 구속 또는 해제시켜 상기 로프부재가 슬라이딩되면서 상기 거치부의 길이를 조절토록 하는 길이조절부; 상기 굴곡고정부를 상기 벨트부재에 연결하는 제1연결부; 복수 개의 상기 거치부를 각각 개별적으로 착탈 가능하게 상기 벨트부재에 연결하는 복수 개의 제2연결부; 및 복수 개의 상기 제2연결부가 각각 개별적으로 상기 벨트부재에 연결되도록 상기 벨트부재에 구비되는 고리체결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
