The present invention relates to a partial repair method of a sewage pipe which can firmly seal a damaged portion of a sewage pipe. The partial repair method of a sewage pipe comprises: a repair device preparing step of preparing a repair device including a cylindrical frame and a packer installed to enclose the outer circumference of the frame and expanded by air injected thereinto; a first repair material arranging step of covering the outer circumference of the packer of the repair device with a first repair material having reinforced fiber impregnated with a hardener and an acryl-based resin; a second repair material arranging step of arranging a second repair material made of a rubber material on the surface of the first repair material; a repair device inserting step of inserting the repair device into a sewage pipe to arrange the repair device such that the second repair material faces a damaged part of the sewage pipe; an air injection step of injecting air into the packer of the repair device to expand the packer to tightly attach the first repair material and the second repair material to the inner circumference of the sewage pipe; and a hardening step of hardening the first repair material. The second repair material is tightly attached around the damaged part of the sewage pipe to seal the damaged part by the hardened first repair material.
본 발명은 하수관의 부분보수공법에 관한 것으로서, 원통 형상의 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 외주연을 감싸도록 설치되고 내부로 주입되는 공기에 의해 팽창되는 패커를 포함하는 보수장치를 준비하는 보수장치 준비 단계; 강화섬유에 아크릴계 수지 및 경화제가 함침된 제1보수재를 상기 보수장치의 패커 외주연에 감싸는 제1보수재 배치 단계; 상기 제1보수재의 표면에 고무 재질로 된 제2보수재를 배치하는 제2보수재 배치 단계; 상기 보수장치를 하수관에 투입하여 하수관의 손상부에 상기 제2보수재가 마주하도록 보수장치를 배치하는 보수장치 투입 단계; 상기 보수장치의 패커에 공기를 주입하여 패커를 팽창시킴으로써 상기 제1보수재 및 제2보수재를 하수관의 내주연에 밀착시키는 공기 주입 단계; 및 상기 제1보수재를 경화시키는 경화 단계;를 포함하여 이루어져, 상기 제2보수재는 경화된 상기 제1보수재에 의해 하수관의 손상부 주위에 밀착되어 손상부를 밀봉하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수관의 부분보수공법을 개시한다.
