The present invention relates to a reinforced synthetic wood deck, and more specifically, to a reinforced synthetic wood deck, wherein synthetic wood is extrusion-molded at a metal frame, to provide a light weight, excellent strength, and visibility at night. To this end, provided is the reinforced synthetic wood deck, which is characterized by comprising: a metal frame; and an upper synthetic wood which is extruded through an upper groove formed by means of an upper plate and an upper synthetic wood protection projection unit. The metal frame comprises: a side surface plate composed of one side surface plate and the other side surface plate; an upper plate which connects both sides to each other at the upper sides of one side surface plate and the other side surface plate; an upper synthetic wood protection projection unit which is composed of one side upper synthetic wood protection projection unit which is extended from the upper end of one side surface plate to the inside by a predetermined distance, and is formed after being diagonally connected to the portion at which the upper portion plate and the one side surface plate are joined, and the other side upper synthetic wood protection projection unit which is extended from the upper end of the other side surface plate to the inside by a predetermined distance, and is formed after being diagonally connected to the portion at which the upper portion plate and the other side surface plate are joined, and forms a side surface guide of the extruded upper synthetic wood while protecting the upper synthetic wood; a lower plate which is formed by being connected to each other at the lower end of both sides of the side surface plate; and a reinforcing plate which reinforces the strength of the frame by connecting the upper plate and the lower plate to the hollow hole between the upper plate and the lower plate.

본 발명은 강화합성목재데크에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 금속프레임에 합성목재를 압출성형하여 무게가 가벼우면서도 강도가 크고 야간에도 가시성이 있는 강화합성목재데크에 관한 발명으로서, 일측 측면판과 타측 측면판으로 이루어지는 측면판; 상기 일측 측면판과 상기 타측 측면판의 상부측에서 양측을 서로 연결하는 상부판; 상기 일측 측면판의 상단에서 내측으로 일정거리 연장되고 상기 상부판과 상기 일측 측면판이 만나는 부분으로 사선으로 연결되어 형성되는 일측 상부 합성목재 보호턱부와, 상기 타측 측면판의 상단에서 내측으로 일정거리 연장되고 상기 상부판과 상기 타측 측면판이 만나는 부분으로 사선으로 연결되어 형성되는 타측 상부 합성목재 보호턱부로 이루어져, 압출되는 상부 합성목재의 측면 가이드를 형성하면서 상부 합성목재를 보호하는 상부 합성목재 보호턱부; 상기 측면판의 양측 하단에서 서로 연결되어 형성되는 하부판; 및 상기 상부판과 하부판 사이의 중공에 상기 상부판과 하부판을 연결하여 프레임의 강도를 보강하는 보강판;으로 구성되는 금속 프레임과, 상기 상부판과 상기 상부 합성목재 보호턱부에 의해 형성되는 상부홈을 통해 압출되는 상부 합성목재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화합성목재데크를 제공한다.
