The present invention relates to a rake support device of an impurity removal machine which prevents a rake from being lifted in a twisted state. According to the present invention, the rake support device of an impurity removal machine includes a support means installed on a rake (A3) of an impurity removal machine to allow the rake (A3) to support a main screen (A4) when the rake (A3) ascends. The support means consists of a roller (10) allowing transport along the main screen (A4) from a lower portion of the back of the rake (A3). A transport protrusion (10a) allowing transport along a gap of the main screen (A4) or a transport groove (10b) allowing transport along the main screen (A4) is added to the roller (10). The outer surface of the roller (10) outside the transport protrusion (10a) or the transport groove (10b) of the roller (10) is formed to have an outer surface coming in contact with an apron (A5).
본 발명은 특히 레이크가 비틀어진 채 상승되는 것을 방지되도록 한 제진기의 레이크 지지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 제진기의 레이크 지지장치는 제진기의 레이크(A3)에 설치되어 레이크(A3)가 상승할 때 레이크(A3)가 메인스크린(A4)을 지지할 수 있도록 하는 지지수단;이 구성되고, 상기 지지수단은 레이크(A3)의 후방 하부로부터 메인스크린(A4)을 따라 이송할 수 있도록 하는 롤러(10);로 이루어지며, 상기 롤러(10)에는 메인스크린(A4) 사이를 따라 이송할 수 있도록 하는 이송돌기(10a); 또는 메인스크린(A4)을 따라 이송할 수 있도록 하는 이송홈(10b);이 부가되고, 상기 롤러(10)의 이송돌기(10a) 또는 이송홈(10b) 외측의 롤러(10) 외면은 에이프론(A5)과 접촉되는 외면을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
