Geotextile mats for protection slop and construction method using the same
The present invention relates to a geotextile mat for slope protection and a construction method using the same, which can stably protect a slope while preventing the collapse of the slope. The geotextile mat for slope protection comprises: a textile mat wherein point thread is woven on surfaces of an upper sheet and a lower sheet facing each other to be crossed on the same horizontal line at regular intervals, and upper point thread and lower point thread continuously cross each other at regular intervals; a mat fixing part wherein the upper sheet and the lower sheet are integrally woven at regular intervals along a middle portion of the width of the textile mat, and a prescribed size can be cut; a fixing member inserting an axial bolt into a drilled groove punched at the position of the mat fixing part to a prescribed depth to allow a portion of the axial bolt to protrude upwards from the drilled groove, filling concrete or mortar in the drilled groove into which the axial bolt is inserted to harden the concrete or the mortar, and axially connecting a fixing plate to the upper end of the axial bolt protruding upwards to allow the fixing plate to press and fix the cut outer circumference of the mat fixing part by fastening a lock nut; and a vegetation part wherein the upper sheet and the lower sheet are integrally woven on both ends of the textile mat at regular intervals, and a prescribed size can be cut.
본 발명은 사면보호용 토목섬유매트와 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상부시트와 하부시트의 상호 마주보는 면으로 포인트 실이 일정한 간격마다 동일 수평선상에서 각각 교차되게 직조하는 동시에 상부의 포인트 실과 하부의 포인트 실이 일정한 간격마다 연속해서 상호 교차되도록 하는 섬유매트; 상기 섬유매트의 폭 중간 부위를 따라 일정 간격마다 상기 상부시트와 하부시트가 일체로 직조되도록 하면서 일정 사이즈를 절개 가능하도록 하는 매트 고정부; 상기 매트 고정부의 위치에 일정 깊이로 타공한 천공홈에 축볼트를 천공홈으로부터 일부가 상향 돌출되도록 삽입되게 하면서 축볼트가 삽입된 천공홈에는 콘크리트 또는 몰탈을 채워 경화되도록 하고, 상향 돌출되는 축볼트의 상단부에는 고정 플레이트를 축연결하여 그 상부에서 로크 너트 체결에 의해 상기 고정 플레이트가 절개된 상기 매트 고정부의 외주연부를 가압고정시키도록 하는 고정부재; 상기 섬유매트의 양측 단부에서 일정 간격마다 상기 상부시트와 하부시트가 일체로 직조되도록 하면서 일정 사이즈로서 절개 가능하도록 하는 식생부로서 이루어지도록 하는데 특징이 있다.
