The present invention relates to a modular sample collection booth. The modular sample collection booth according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first sample collection booth which is manufactured in an individual unit for diagnosis and sample collection of infectious diseases and respiratory diseases, and is movably installed in a place by including driving wheels; a second sample collection boot which is coupled to one side of the first sample collection booth; and a fastening means which is provided between the first sample collection booth and the second sample collection booth, to couple one sides of the first sample collection booth and the second sample collection booth to each other, and can fasten a door in a direction perpendicular to the coupling direction.
