본 발명은 새우말류의 개체군 증가특성과 파랑이 강한 해역에서 주록 서식하는 서식환경을 고려하여 보다 안정적으로 이식시킬 수 있는 잘피 이식장치를 제공함으로써, 연안 해양환경에 무해하고 파랑 에너지가 높은 환경에서 안정적으로 잘피를 이식시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
