Universal Modular Design Methodology for Modular Architecture
The present invention relates to a universal module design methodology for modular architecture, comprising a smart terminal which communicates with a platform that provides design drawings using universal modules through a web page or pre-installed application, wherein the smart terminal includes: a user input unit for user input in the platform; and a display unit that displays design drawings generated based on design information input through the user input unit. Through this, a system that identifies characteristics desired by a building owner in advance through a smart terminal and automatically generates design drawings using universal modules based on the identification results can be provided, and when constructing based on a construction method using a universal module, installation spaces for water pipes and the like can be divided in advance at a design stage such that the possibility that some parts of water pipes, gas pipes, and like arranged therein may be damaged by impact due to separation that may occur during construction when each universal module is coupled can be reduced.
본 발명은 모듈러 건축을 위한 유니버셜 모듈 설계 방법론에 있어서, 웹페이지 또는 기 설치된 어플리케이션을 통해 유니버셜 모듈을 이용한 설계도를 제공하는 플랫폼과 통신하는 스마트단말기; 및 상기 스마트단말기는 상기 플랫폼에서 사용자입력을 위한 사용자입력부; 및 상기 사용자입력부를 통해 입력된 설계정보에 기초하여 생성된 설계도면을 표시하는 디스플레이부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이를 통해, 건축주가 원하는 특징을 스마트단말기를 통해 사전에 파악하고, 이에 기초하여 자동으로 유니버셜 모듈을 이용한 설계도면을 생성하는 시스템을 제공할 수 있고, 유니버셜 모듈을 이용한 건축 공법을 시공 시 수도관 등의 설치공간을 설계단계에서 미리 구획하고, 각각의 유니버셜 모듈이 결합되는 시공 시 발생할 수 있는 이격 등으로 인하여 배치된 수도관, 가스관 등이 일정부분 충격에 의해 파손될 가능성을 저감할 수 있다.
