본 발명은 양방향 무용접 고정브라켓에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 건물 등과 같은 구조물의 건축에서 종방향으로 연장된 직립보에 용접을 하지 않고 용이하게 고정되며 파이프나 가로보와 같은 수평방향의 횡구조물(이하 '가로보'라 칭함)의 결합이 용이하게 결합되게 사용되는 고정용 브라켓으로서 상기 가로보의 삽입이 용이하게 되도록 가로보가 삽입되는 방향으로 개방된 삽입개방면이 형성되어 측면이나 상부에서 용이하게 가로보를 삽입고정시키는 것이 가능하게 되고 다양한 방향으로 가로보를 고정설치하는 것이 가능하고, 스크류(Screw)로 고정되므로 위험한 용접작업이 생략되어 안전성이 향상되고, 내측면에 가로보의 단부가 걸리는 스토퍼(Stopper)가 형성되어 고정 스크류 머리가 배치되는 공간이 확보됨과 동시에 지지강도가 향상되고, 스크류 고정부분의 일부를 경사지게 형성하여 작업시에 드라이버 손잡이가 브라켓 후면에 닿지 않으므로 시공이 편리하고, 상기 직립보에 고정되는 고정위치가 용이하게 설정되며 직립보에 고정되는 고정안내부가 설치되어 시공이 편리해지는 양방향 무용접 고정브라켓에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a bidirectional weldless fixing bracket and, more specifically, to a fixing bracket which can be easily fixed to an erect beam extended in a longitudinal direction without being welded during the construction of a structure such as a building or the like, and can be used to facilitate the combination of a transverse structure (hereinafter referred to as 'cross beam') in a horizontal direction such as a pipe or a cross beam. In order to facilitate the insertion of the cross beam, an insertion open surface, which is open in a direction in which the cross beam is inserted, is formed to enable the cross beam to be easily inserted and fixed on a side or an upper part, and enable the cross beam to be fixed in various directions. Also, since the cross beam is fixed through screws, safety can be improved due to the omission of dangerous welding work. Also, a stopper engaged with an end of the cross beam is formed on an inner surface to secure a space in which the head of a fixing screw is placed, while improving support strength. Also, a part of a screw fixing part is formed to be inclined to prevent a screwdriver grip from coming in contact with the rear side of the bracket, which can lead to convenient construction, and a fixed position fixed to the erect beam can be easily set and a fixed guide part fixed to the erect beam is installed to make the construction convenient.
