The present invention relates to a rotary dust remover. According to the present invention, the rotary dust remover comprises: a screen formed to be inclined at a certain angle to a floor surface for filtering out debris flowing down along with the water current; a rake for removing debris including a rake body supported and installed on endless chains on both ends of the screen, a large number of first rake members protruding from an inner side of the rake body to remove debris filtered out by the screen, a second rake member protruding from an outer side of the rake body, a penetrating hole formed on the second rake member to discharge water, and a debris discharge roller installed on an end unit of the second rake member; a driving unit driving the endless chains for continuously rotating the rake on the screen; an upper apron installed on an upper side of the screen for actively rotating the rake rotated by the endless chains and for completely removing the debris; guide rails installed on a lower end unit on both sides of the screen for guiding the rotation and driving of the endless chains; a debris guide drum installed on an end unit of the upper apron, and idling by the debris coming with the rake; and a cover engaged with an end unit of the upper apron by a hinge, and coming in contact with the debris guide drum. Therefore, debris can be actively discharged.
본 발명은 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 로터리 제진기는 수류와 함께 떠내려오는 협잡물을 걸러내기 위하여 바닥면과 일정각으로 경사지게 형성되는 스크린과, 스크린 좌우양단의 엔드리스 체인에 지지 설치되는 레이크 몸체와, 상기 스크린에 걸러진 협잡물을 제거하도록 상기 레이크 몸체 내측에 돌출형성되는 다수 개의 제1 갈퀴 부재와, 상기 레이크 몸체 외측에 돌출형성되는 제2 갈퀴 부재와, 상기 제2 갈퀴 부재에 형성되어 물이 배출되도록 하는 관통공 및 상기 제2 갈퀴 부재의 단부에 설치되는 협잡물 배출 롤러를 포함하는 협잡물 제거용 레이크와, 상기 레이크가 스크린 상에서 연속 회전되도록 엔드리스 체인을 구동하는 구동부와, 상기 엔드리스 체인에 의해 회전되는 레이크의 원활한 회전과 협잡물의 완벽한 제거를 위해 스크린의 상측에 설치되는 상부 에이프론과, 상기 엔드리스 체인의 회전구동을 안내하기 위하여 스크린의 양측 하단부에 설치되는 가이드 레일과, 상기 상부 에이프론의 단부에 설치되며, 상기 레이크에 딸려오는 협잡물에 의해서 공회전되는 협잡물 가이드 드럼과, 상기 상부 에이프론 단부에 힌지 결합되어, 상기 협잡물 가이드 드럼에 접촉되는 커버를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a rotary dust remover.
