CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR COFFERDAM USING WATERPROOF MEMBER
The present invention relates to a waterproof member (A) for a cofferdam structure, which is formed as multiple steel pipes (10) having a round transverse section enclosing a working area in a row. The waterproof member (A) includes: a main body (100) including an outer plate (110) installed to close the outside of an area between the steel pipes (10), an inner plate (120) installed by being separated from the outer plate (110) to the inner side to close the outside of the area between the steel pipes (10), and a middle plate (130) installed as a vertical structure on the outer plate (110) and the inner plate (120) so that a gap between the outer plate (110) and the inner plate (120) is maintained; a flexible plate (200) connected to both side edges of the outer surface of the outer plate (110) to cover the outer surface of the steel pipe (10); and a filling pack (300) having a filler injection hole (301) to fill a hollow unit (131) formed between the main body (100) and the steel pipe (10) and having an accommodation space for a filler therein, wherein the filler pack (300) is connected to the middle plate (130) in a bending state. Therefore, the waterproof member (A) enables rapid construction while having excellent waterproof performance.
본 발명은 작업영역을 횡단면이 원형인 다수의 강관(10)이 열지어 둘러싸도록 설치됨으로써 형성되는 물막이 구조물의 차수부재(A)로서, 상기 강관(10)의 사이영역의 외측을 폐쇄하도록 설치되는 외측판(110)과, 상기 강관(10)의 사이영역의 외측을 폐쇄하도록 상기 외측판(110)에서 내측으로 이격되어 설치되는 내측판(120)과, 상기 외측판(110)과 내측판(120) 사이의 간격이 유지되도록 상기 외측판(110) 및 내측판(120)에 대하여 수직구조로 설치된 중간판(130)을 구비한 본체(100); 상기 강관(10)의 외면을 덮도록, 상기 외측판(110)의 외면의 양측 가장자리에 결합한 가요성 판재(200); 상기 본체(100)와 상기 강관(10) 사이에 형성되는 중공부(131)를 충전하도록, 상부에 충전재 주입공(301)이 형성되고, 내부에 충전재의 수용공간이 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 중간판(130)에 접힘상태로 결합한 충전팩(300);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차수부재(A)를 제시함으로써, 차수성능이 우수하면서도 신속한 시공이 가능하게 한다.
