The present invention relates to a waterproof panel structure, which may comprise: a plurality of waterproof panels disposed on top of a waterproof object; a coupler for connecting the plurality of waterproof panels and fixing them to the top of the waterproof object; a fixing frame having both ends coupled to the coupler and disposed between adjacent waterproof panels among the plurality of waterproof panels; and a foreign matter removal means disposed to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the fixing frame and removing foreign matter present between the fixing frame and the waterproof panels. The water proof panel structure of the present invention can be used to efficiently protect the top surface of a concrete structure.
