본 발명은 단열 프레임과 구조 실란트의 구성을 적절하게 실내측 프레임과 유리창 사이에 배치하여, 상기 단열 프레임과 구조 실란트의 구성이 유리창을 지지함으로써 유리창이 실내측 프레임과 직접 접촉하지 않으며, 이로 인하여 유리창과 실내측 프레임 상호 간 열의 전달율을 감소시킬 수 있는 단열 창호 프레임에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 복수개의 유리창을 지지하는 단열 창호 프레임에 있어서, 상면의 중심영역이 길이방향으로 개방되는 중심개방부와 상기 상면의 측부영역을 길이방향으로 지지하는 측부영역 지지부가 형성된 실내측 프레임과, 상기 중심개방부에 삽입되어 상기 실내측 프레임과 결합되며, 상기 실내측 프레임의 길이방향으로 서로 이격되어 배치되는 복수개의 단열 프레임과, 상기 중심개방부에 삽입되어 상기 실내측 프레임과 결합되며, 상기 이격되어 배치되는 복수개의 단열 프레임의 사이에 배치되는 패드 단열재와, 상기 측부영역 지지부 상면의 길이방향으로 배치되어, 상기 실내측 프레임, 상기 유리창 및 상기 단열 프레임과, 상기 실내측 프레임, 상기 유리창 및 상기 패드 단열재를 결합시키는 구조 실란트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 창호 프레임을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to an insulation windows frame which has the composition of an insulation frame and a structural sealant properly disposed between an indoor frame and a window to cause the composition of the insulation frame and the structural sealant to support the window so that the window does not come in direct contact with the indoor frame, thereby reducing the heat transfer rate between the window and the indoor frame. To this end, the insulation windows frame for supporting a plurality of windows comprises: an indoor frame having a central opening portion formed by a central area of the upper surface thereof opened in a longitudinal direction with side area support portions for supporting the side areas of the upper surface in the longitudinal direction; a plurality of insulation frames inserted into the central opening portion to be coupled to the indoor frame, and spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the indoor frame; a pad insulator inserted into the central opening portion to be coupled to the indoor frame, and disposed between the plurality of insulation frames spaced apart from each other; and a structural sealant disposed in the longitudinal direction of the upper surfaces of the side area support portions to couple the indoor frame, the windows, and the insulation frames to each other and the indoor frame, the windows, and the pad insulator to each other.

The present invention relates to an insulation windows frame which has the composition of an insulation frame and a structural sealant properly disposed between an indoor frame and a window to cause the composition of the insulation frame and the structural sealant to support the window so that the window does not come in direct contact with the indoor frame, thereby reducing the heat transfer rate between the window and the indoor frame.
