Solid Carbon Capsules and Manufacturing Methods
The present invention relates to a solid carbon capsule which can be used as a binder for functional concrete or cement mortar such as electrical conductivity, heat generation, electromagnetic wave shielding, or the like by using waste resources such as waste cathode material, waste carbon nanotubes, or the like, in the form of a capsule, and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the solid carbon capsule contains waste cathode material, liquid waste carbon nanotubes (CNT), water reducing agent, and fluidizing agent, wherein the solid carbon capsule has a capsule shape that is molded to a diameter and length within a preset range.
본 발명은 폐음극재, 폐탄소나노튜브 등과 같은 폐자원이 사용하면서 캡슐 형태로 구성되어 전기전도성, 발열, 전자파차폐 등 기능성 콘크리트 내지 시멘트 모르타르의 바인더로서 활용될 수 있는 고상 탄소 캡슐 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폐음극재, 액상 폐탄소나노튜브(CNT), 감수제 및 유동화제를 포함하며, 기설정된 범위 내의 구경과 길이로 성형되는 캡슐 형태를 가지는 것이 특징이다.
