A funnel-shaped steel cone and a fixing nut that fixes the cone greatly reinforce an adhesive force (non-shrinkage mortar or grout filing curing) of the steel bar, so that the support durability of the retaining wall structure (greatly improved resistance to earth pressure, and a function of suppressing displacement generation, fullness, and pushing of retaining wall blocks by the earth pressure) is greatly improved. 본 발명은 수동저항체를 이용한 사면보강 옹벽 구조물에 관한 것이다. 이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 사면보강(도로, 선로, 수로 따위의 비탈면이 물에 씻기지 않도록 잔디, 자갈, 돌, 콘크리트 따위를 씌우는 일)을 위한 옹벽 구조물을 시공함에 있어서, 철근부재 말단에 수동저항체를 장착하여 판넬 옹벽체(적층식 옹벽판넬)들에 대한 견고한 고정 지지력과 인발시 저항력이 크게 개선되도록 하는 바, 이는 깔대기 형태의 스틸콘과 이를 고정한 고정너트로 하여금 사면 내 철근부재의 정착력(무수축몰탈 또는 그라우트 채움 양생)이 크게 강화됨으로서 옹벽 구조물의 지지 내구력(토압에 대한 저항력이 크게 개선되고, 토압에 의한 옹벽블럭들의 변위 발생, 배불음, 밀려남 현상 억제 기능)이 현저하게 향상되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 수동저항체는 철근부재에 장착시 원터치 장착구에 의해 체결 조립되도록 하는 바, 이는 간편하고 신속한 작업성이 보장되고, 우수한 체결성과 결속 신뢰성이 확보되어 시공성이 우수한 것을 특징으로 한다.
